    I went through the opt-out process of requesting my information be removed from PeopleWhiz (***********************************). After filling out their form, they requested a copy of my ID. This appears to be a scam, especially considering that they obtained my information and are displaying it without my knowledge or approval.

    PeopleWhiz collected my private information without permission. I attempted to opt out following their procedures. I was further asked to upload personal identification prior to their completing my demand. This requirement is onerous, and I question its legality. I demand removal of my information immediately.

    I am trying to remove my name and personal information from peoplewhiz and they are requiring me to submit a photo ID. I am not comfortable giving my photo ID to a random database aggregator.     I am trying to remove my name from your website and you are trying to require me to submit a photo ID in order to do that. I am not comfortable giving my photo ID and I should not have to give you even more personal data to remove the data you already have and are selling especially since every other data broker is able to remove it with just an email address. I am requesting my information is deleted from your database immediately without providing ID.

    Your website is designed to aggregate personal data and sell it. In order to remove it, you require that I provide a copy of my photo ID. This puts me at risk for fraud and I do not trust or know your website. Remove my information from your site immediately.

    I just became aware that this site is a data aggregator and immediately requested that it remove my information from its site. When I attempted to do so, however, the site requested a copy of my physical ID. Due to the incidences of fraud and other privacy concerns, I refuse to provide this type of material to this "company" whose data practices are questionable (at best). I demand that my information be removed in its entirety without providing additional information about myself to satisfy that I don't want to be a part of some third-rate data aggregation website.
