    My only criticism is that you must plan for 2 weeks between oder and delivery. So anything that is acrefill must be ordered well in advance of receiving it. It has gotten better over the past year or so - it was 3 weeks and is down to about 10 days.A new addition this time is daily emails about coupons after you order so you can't use it. The product is great. And it is easy to order.

    NO STARS BUT IN ***** TO WRITE A REVIEW I HAD TO SELECT ONE. HERBSPRO IS PURE CRAP: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO RELIABILITY, NO COMMUNICATION, UNACCEPTABLE DELIVERY TIME AND CHARGE OF *****. THE WORST IS MISSING 2 ITEMS FROM THE ***** AND NO MENTION OF IT. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!

    Seems competent enough. We ordered some hard to find vitamins through them produced by another company.... they apparently could not get them from the source promptly, and after a couple weeks advised us of a cancellation in our order. What was unusual with Herbspro is that THEY DID NOT process a charge to our credit card at the time of order, so we did not have to deal with seeking a refund, as they had not taken our money. A later order for the same product was apparently received in stock and shipped and we were provided with detailed tracking information until delivery. That was kind of nice.

    Product and price were very good, but delivery time was longer than any other company. As a result, I will not order from it again.

    good service tracking was on point lots of updates only thing is seems like a lot of emails about deals maybe limit yourself to one a day.
