1 starI was sent the wrong item. It is nearly impossible to reach an actual human by phone, and there is no information included in the shipped package about authorizing returns. I will update this review if the company responds satisfactorily, but the main problem remains: they shipped the wrong item, that I do not want and cannot use.

1 starI ordered the product online. What came was different then what I ordered. I was told to email a picture of what was on their website and what I received. This was 2 weeks ago. I have sent an email and talked to someone. I have heard nothing. I am a disabled 72 yr old. I have to find people to help me order things and use their credit card. Now they are out their money and I have 3 tubes of pain cream that I cannot use. I am beyond disgusted that places are so dishonest and don't honor their word.Review fromLaura O

1 starThis is a scam company. I ordered some fever medication and they sent the wrong one. I called multiple times to that number and you cant leave a message. No one answers the phone. And I sent emails and no one responds. I dont even think this the product is legit either.
