2 starsI was not impressed. It took three weeks for them to ship my stuff. I had to inquire several times to get updates. I was starting to wonder if I was getting scammed. Then half the order didn't even get shipped and I got refunded. Then they ask me to leave them a five star review, nice.

Dear Customer,You had placed and order on 24th Nov and your order was processed on 27th nov due to the weekend. Out of the 3 products, 2 were shipped and 1 was cancelled as being on backorder with the manufacturer without any ETA which caused the delay in shipping. We waited to see if it comes back in stock and we could ship the entire order. We did not wanted to hold your order for a long time and hence shipped what was available and cancelled and issued refund for the unshipped product. Also, when we received your email for cancellation the order was already marked for shipped and we could not stop it. If you still want the complete refund, we will send you a return label and you can return the products. Once we receive the products back, we will issue complete refund.
