1 starWe ordered muscle tech cell tech hardgainer supplement for my husband and got just plain creatine with completely blue lettering which is not what we ordered. Its bait and switch! Although my husband will use it no matter what, its not the point! The point is the company lies to customer about what they are selling and sends something different instead with no warning that a switch has been made in products! No one cares about this issue at the company as there are so many people this happens to and its deplorable and unethical business practices for a company to do this! We even paid 17 for shipping from CA to AZ so that great deal on a supplement is wiped away by insane shipping! Will never order from here again! As a first time customer this is the last! Read reviews before ever shopping from this company online!

Hello ******,You contacted us by phone on April 16 mentioning that you had received an incorrect product. We requested images of the product which we always do per protocol so we could provide you a return label incase of wrong item. You mentioned that you will keep the product. Errors may occur, but we always attempt to rectify any errors happened from our end .Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement order without receiving the wrong item. If it was wrong product we were ready to send the *** and you shouldn't have kept it right?
