    On August 4th, I contacted Ring customer support to resolve a couple of issues concerning my Ring equipment. The representative, *******, responded to my concerns and, in answer to my question about whether one of my devices qualified for a warranty exchange, she confirmed that it did.Following that, I spent over an hour providing all necessary documentation including photos, serial numbers, and answers to several questions. Throughout the call, ******* took time to consult with her team, and at the conclusion of our conversation, she assured me that I would receive an email confirming the device exchange.While I did receive a prompt follow-up email, I was shocked to learn that instead of a device exchange, I was offered a 35% discount coupon for a new purchase subject to multiple restrictions. Among those restrictions was one preventing the use of the coupon on sale items, even if the sale price would be lower than using the coupon.I fail to understand why, if the device did not qualify for replacement, it required over an hour of my time and effort to reach that conclusion especially after the representative initially confirmed that it did qualify and that only supporting details were needed.Given the circumstances and my loyalty as a Ring customer for the past eight years ************************ which Ive consistently expanded my number of devices and recommended Ring to others I kindly request a reconsideration of the decision and approval of the exchange for my existing device.Sincerely, Dr. ***** *******

    I had the ring camera winch 2020 or 2021 without a subscription. All of a sudden I was charged $49.99 for a subscription which I never wanted my ring camera was doing fine until I called ring to cancel the subscription and asked for a refund. Now my camera will show me only whats happening in the neighborhood but not around my on door. I never had a problem with the camera until now. Contact Ring and they are telling me that I dont have the video, but I always seen who at my door they claim that its a video. My complaint is this was never an issue but now they want to charge for something that is needed. As well I am on a fixed income and they should consider that for seniors.

    Ring has had my order in process for a month. When I called them to cancel, they advised me it cant be cancelled because its being processed and arrives tomorrow. They provided a *** tracking number that *** says doesnt exist. Be very careful ordering from them online. I ordered July 12th (order 001-7127207) and contacted support on August 12th.

    On July 14th I bought a premium plan for $199 a year to be paid in full. They charged me $108.89 a standard plan which at the time I was not aware of. Now on August 1st everything stopped working. I was out of state at the time. I contacted customer service 8/10/25. They told me they attempted to take the money out and it didn't go through, and wanted me to pay again. I told them I will contact my bank to dispute. I have provided you with a screenshot of my bank statement showing the money was taken from my account.

    I need a resolution to access my on-line Ring account. I tried to change my email address in my account. However, the email address was incorrect and now I cannot access my acount. I contacted Ring and they told me to create a new account. Am I just suppose to just leave my current account (that is now unaccessible) in cyber limbo and just start a new account? I have a credit card that is automatically charged every year for Ring Service. How am I suppose to stop the credit card charge if I can't access to my account. Need Resolution please.

    They continued to bill my card monthly after I contacted them to switch the account after my fathers death. I sent them a death certificate and let them know we had no way to access the account since all of the information was in my fathers name. They switched the account over to my mothers name and created a new account but would not and will not close the original account even though we cannot access the account unless we file a dispute with our bank. This to me is criminal theft on the part of Ring. We are paying for 2 plans on the same device and no way to cancel the original plan.$

    **BUYERS BEWARE** I purchased 2 Ring solar cameras around 10 months ago. They stopped connecting to my wifi about 6 weeks ago. I spent HOURS talking on the phone with my internet company to see if anything has changed that would affect the cameras, and spent hours on the phone with ring. After no resolution, I got on the phone with a manager who offered to send me a Chime Pro free of charge and promised it would fix the issue. The cameras have been working up until yesterday. I spent another two hours on the phone, with another manager, Raffy, who said my device was broken and would ship me a new one. Yet, after spending hours on the phone and only installing these 10 months ago (and paying on my own for the installation) the company is not willing to help me pay for someone to re-install this camera. These foreigners create these faulty devices and force you to pay for someone to re-install even under warranty. Scammers!!!** BUYERS BEWARE**

    I am rejecting this response because: this company did nothing to cover the cost of having to install a new product that was faulty under their product warranty. Additionally, ***** who I spoke to was quite condescending, and tried to insinuate more troubleshooting steps can be done to try to fix my broken device. He also informed me theres another $50 of account credits, which he has no idea where they came from. This is the most unprofessional  company *** ever dealt with * try getting a job at a fast food joint like McDonalds * maybe your incompetence and unprofessionalism with fly there.

    I am rejecting this response because: your **** *****, was condescending and also said its normal to have issues with these devices because theyre reasonably priced. I paid over $300 for these devices. I also have this conversation recorded. He did absolutely nothing to help and in fact, offered to help fix the device which would require even more time spent on the phone with this crappy company. F off.

    I began service with ************************** on May 26, 2025, under a clearly stated rate of $9.99/month for the Home Standard plan. Since then, Ive been charged approximately double that amount. When I reached out, Ring claimed a price increase notice was sent in 2021. I was not a customer in 2021, and this notice predates my account by four years.I am requesting a full refund of the overcharged amounts and a correction of the subscription rate to the agreed $9.99/month moving forward.Desired Resolution:Refund of overcharges Monthly subscription adjusted to $9.99 Confirmation that outdated pricing notices wont be used to justify new customer rates

    A Ring Doorbell was installed during the construction of my home. We moved in November 2024. It was noticed 7/31/25 that a crack had developed on the button part of the ring doorbell. I looked into the warranty as well as others who have had similar issues online. I reached out to Ring for a warranty replacement or repair and was denied by them saying it is "physical damage" and they cannot process a warrant and could only offer 35% coupon for a new device.Per their own warranty statement on the ************************** website, this should qualify as a warrant covered repair/ replacement. The device was not subject to "(a) accident, misuse, neglect, fire, alteration, or (b) damage from any third-party repair, third-party parts, or other external causes" as would void their warranty.(Warranty link: ************************************************************************************************************)I am simply asking for Ring to honor their warranty and fix or replace the defective device as laid out in their own warranty on their website.

    Ring security cameras dont work when you need a playback of criminals.Always unavailable Only can see Live Pay for subscribers but cant get any past videos if it doesnt pick up a motion
