You will not be charged for the magazine subscriptions and they will not auto renew. We will never ask for your billing information only a shipping address is required.

    To ensure Mr. *********** well informed, Subco is a magazine clearinghouse that fulfills and processes magazine subscriptions to publishers on behalf of 3rd party agencies. With that being said, Subco does not sell or solicit the sales of magazines or any other types of products.

    Therefore, our office does not handle or process any type of billing or payment processing. Publishers will direct customers to contact our office as we are responsible for cancellations, changes of address and assisting in identifying to the subscriber who the 3rd party is and where their order originated.

    Magazine(s) are being sent as a Promotional Offer from a company named bPerx. bPerx has partnered with various companies, e-commerce websites and magazine brands to offer perks. You will not be charged for the magazine subscriptions and they will not auto renew. We will never ask for your billing information only a shipping address is required.

    Our records indicate this resulted from an order placed with **********************.

    Upon receipt of this review, our office cancelled the magazines.

    Mr. *** can expect to receive a few more issues as the magazines are labelled a few months in advance. We have also placed the mailing address on our internal Do Not Mail list, to ensure this does not occur again.

    Receiving 3 subscriptions, Harpers Bazaar, Esquire and Esquire Digital. None of which I subscribed to or authorized subscription. Contacting the publisher they said to contact Subco but I see in some responses from Subco from other complaints that Subco advises to contact publisher. A perfect catch 22 scam.My next action is to contact the *** and advise them of these unethical practices

    This company is mailing magazines to my address. It's impossible to stop the pile of magazines until one of them finally told me that it is this company. It seems that another company paid them to harass me via the ***** The post office is of no help either.

    I have been receiving magazines for months that I never subscribed to. I have no idea how they received my information nor how to cancel these subscriptions as there is no obvious way to do so.

    Have no idea who they are but they keep sending subscriptions to me from a bunch of magazines that I find lewd indecent and downright gross. I have never ordered these magazines I never would because quite frankly they make me sick to my stomach.

    I started receiving magazines also Essence when I called them they informed me it was for me 2nd-party called Subco. They canceled it as well & told me it was paid for by third-party called magazine Reader When I called that number, it was a Remote number saying they were in Virginia but I could hear roosters in the background. They wanted my address, phone, number and information. These magazine auto renew, unless you inform them ahead of time, and then you are billed. I believe its a promotional company for the actual magazines, which they should be held responsible for a bait and switch maneuver they basically give unsolicited customers a free offer, and then attempts to attain them as customers. My other thought, is they create an account for you giving them access and then if you ********** renew, you will enter your credit card information or debit card, giving them access to those details as they attained Initial access to the account they created under the address and name. BBB or *** should look into

The publisher will direct recipients like yourself to contact our office as we are responsible for providing subscribers services such as cancellation, change of address or general information. Our business practices do not include conducting sales, solicitations or subscription billing.


    To locate the subscription, we will need you to provide the recipient's full name, and complete mailing address as it appears on the mailing label.

    We were unable to locate an order using the information provided in this review.


    Once located, we can identify the type of subscription you are receiving and can ensure the cancellation.

    I received a subscription from Esquire and Elle that I did not order. I do not want these magazines and do not want to be on a mailing list for them. I tried to cancel through the Esquire website and couldn't as the "order was placed through SUBCO". I sent all the order information I could see from the Esquire site to SUBCO including the order numbers, my subscription numbers, full name and mailing address, and after multiple inquires they insisted via email they could not locate my record. This seems like fraud and is unacceptable that they cannot even find, much less cancel, an order they facilitated.

    Our records indicate these were sent as promotions from orders placed with PinchMe. 

    We have cancelled the unwanted magazines, the Winter 23 issue should be the last issue received.  

    We have also placed this information on our internal Do Not Mail List to prevent any future orders from being processed.

    I too received a magazine that I did not order and was told that the subscription was placed through Subco. What kind of scam is this? I don't subscribe to any paper magazines and have no interest in the publication I was sent. I was told to contact Subco, but also that the last issue I would receive would be January/February ****, so I'm hoping that this will be the end of it. How is this even legal?
