    Got another ELLE magazine that I never ordered or wanted. Really, I’m a guy, I don’t care about that garbage. Tried to cancel this subscription on the ELLE website and was told I had to go to SUBCO because they ordered it for me. Don’t want it, don’t need it, ABSLOUTLEY WILL NOT PAY FOR IT. Only way to cancel this fraudulent subscription is to call or email. Not gonna sit on hold forever for something I did not order or want. Have no idea how they got my information. I don’t have any subscriptions nor do I use any social media. This is obviously a part of their business model from most of the reviews on BBB website. As others have said this is FRAUD! I have requested that they purge my name and address from their databases, and they are not permitted to sell rent or otherwise use any of my information for any purpose, business or otherwise, with or without compensation. Regardless of how this turns out I will be filing complaints with the Utah Division of Consumer protection, Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Consumer Protection, and the California Department of Consumer Affairs. The BBB should consider this business a fraud as well and rate it as such for deceptive and fraudulent practices. As someone else said I must give it 1 star because that is the only way to get the review to go through. What a waste of my time having to work so hard to get rid of something I didn’t order or want. How many different ways can you say FRAUD! This is exactly how Identity Theft starts!

    i selected 1 star only cause the review would not process without.....I've been billed since 2020 88.00 per year for BHG subscription that I NEVER authorized, I was receiving 2 BHG magazines one in my name and another in my duaghters name? 2 of the same magazines being sent to the same mailing address, REALLY?? THIS IS FRAUD! I would like to know how, when, where you got my information from including my bank card # WITHOUT my authorization.

    To clarify, Subco is a magazine clearinghouse and fulfillment agency, we process various types of subscriptions to magazine publishers nationwide. The publisher will direct recipients like yourself to contact our office as we are responsible for providing subscribers services such as cancellation, change of address or general information. Our business practices do not include conducting sales, solicitations or subscription billing.

    Called to cancel a subscription to Consumer Reports - first to Consumer Reports who told me to call Subco. Several calls - long wait - just on hold then pressed for call back - when I received call back I was put on hold and then the call disconnected. Finally I was told to contact another company to check on refund of remaining subscription fee where the message was "not accepting calls at this time". Finally was able to talk with someone at Subco who told me the subscription was cancelled as of today but could not tell me anything about a refund because they do not process billing and that I should call the same number I was given earlier AGAIN! where they are "not accepting calls"!

I have reached out to the sales agent and they have confirmed that the order has been cancelled in their system and a full refund was processed back onto the original method of payment.     I just received a copy of Women's Health, for which I never subscribed. I am attempted to cancel this through the Womenshealthmag.com website but was told that I had to contact the SUBCO clearinghouse. I am unwilling to contact SUBCO directly out of fear that this is some sort of scam or attempt at identity theft. If SUBCO thinks that I am going to contact them with an email or phone number, that just increases my fear of being scammed. This BBB website won't allow me to include the subscription number on the mailing label, so I don't know what to do to get satisfaction. In reading the myriad other posts, SUBCO's practice appears to be a form of mail fraud and will also be reported to the United States Postal Inspection Service if not reconciled immediately.

    I was subscribed for mens health with out my knowing according to mens health by subco which is scummy. I reached out to subco about his havent heard back. Ticket number ******* . This should be illegal.
