I continue to receive multiple magazine subscriptions that I did NOT sign up for. I would like all of the magazine subscriptions that Subco started to be cancelled and my information to be removed from their system. So far I have received multiple Cosmopolitan magazines, *********************** and now ****. I did NOT sign up for any of these and when I contact ****** (the owner of all the magazines) they are only able to suspend the subscription and not cancel. This is absolutely ridiculous and clearly tons of people have the exact same complaint about Subco. This needs to end!

I started receiving **************** magazine recently, once monthly. I never bought or asked for this subscription. I called the number on the ****************************** label for customer service, and they informed me that they can do nothing, as the subscription is through a third party vendor. They recommended to call this company, Subco, at *************. So, I called them and texted for days, with absolutely no response, and they will not answer their phone. All I want to do is cancel a subscription I never asked for. They need to be held accountable for not giving me any direct access to my account, and refusing to respond to inquiries and cancellations. This seems like numbers padding or some other shady process.
