I have been receiving *************** I never ordered *****. I do not want *****. I don't know how this company got one of my credit cards...or how this magazine was paid for. From what I have read this seems to be a common scam by this company. How in the world could they have a A+ rating by the BBB!!??

This company has defrauded a woman with dementia to commit to and pay for a 30 year subscription. I want to know why is SUBCO continuing to sell to a senior who was clearly exhibiting signs of dementia. I have cancelled subscriptions at least 3 times and they keep coming. ***************** claims it was transferred over from an ************** and to contact SUBCO who doesn't answer and states they're closed even during times they should be open. They sold her Oprah, *************** Business Week, Prevention, ****, Vanity Fair, now Good Housekeeping and Woman's Day! Who is their right mind orders that many magazines at one time? I cancelled some and others circled back around somehow. I NEED THIS TO STOP and I want her money refunded.

I just started receiving G. Q. magazines that I didn't order. I don't where they came from. They just start coming. I called G. Q. customer service and they gave me the number to Subco, some third party company. I tried calling them, but I didn't get a answer nor does they prompts work to get a call back. I do not know of this company. Nor did I order any magazines. Nor do I wish to receive any bills for something I didn't order.

Subco signed me up for two magazine subscriptions, one to **** and one to Haper's Bazaar, that I did not order and do not want. They are not answering their phone. I would like ANY and ALL subscriptions through Subco that are associated with my physical address to be canceled and all personal information about me and my physical address removed from all Subco databases.
