I believe this company is scamming people. All of a sudden I got multiple magazine subscriptions in which I have never signed up for. I didnt even know this company existed. But they had my full name and address and signed me up for a subscription in which I hope they do not have an unauthorized payment plan for. I am very angry that theyve stolen my information and apparently others according to other complaints

I am rejecting this response because:
This company fraudulently signs up people without there permission to magazines without the customers consent.  There is a long history of them doing this to multiple people. When call out the simple say they will cancel the order.  They have waisted my time and countless other peoples time. This is an attempt to scam people into purchasing magazines and more needs to be done to this company or they will continue to to try rip-off the consumer

I just receives a HUGE Vogue magazine in the mail. It must weigh 5 pounds. I do not subscribe to Vogue Magazine. I never have and I never will. I called Vogue customer service and they said the subscription was placed by Subco.com. I do not know this company.
I want Subco to cancel any subscription they have on file for Vogue and/or any other fraudulent subscriptions they have made in my name. I also want them to remove any mailing/billing/personal information they have for me IMMEDIATELY. I also want to be refunded for any charges related to Subco that have been charged to me. I also want them to permanently block any and all future subscriptions in my name. This is a form of Identity theft. It is also harmful to the environment.

I began to receive an unwanted and unsolicited magazine subscription to Elle magazine in the US mail. In an attempt to cancel I discovered other unsolicited subscriptions listed on a website for a company, SUBCO. I am writing to report this company and request confirmation that all my information has been deleted from their files and no subscriptions of any kind have been continued by this company.

Started receiving bi-monthly issues of Garden & Gun magazine in late May. Who knew this was even a thing? Printed magazine came to my home address but had someone else's name - Kizzi Blue. This is an unwanted and unauthorized product. I called G&G magazine directly and they stated the subscription was via a 3rd party - Subco. Never heard of the magazine, never heard of Subco and never signed up for it. I tried calling Subco at ************ during posted business hours and got a message "your call cannot be completed at this time, please try again later." Not surprised. Definitely some sort of scam going on. Sub - please cancel any current or future subscriptions to my address, confirm that I was not charged for G&G or anything else, and remove my name and information from any and all Subco or 3rd party databases.

subco signed me up for at least one magazine, possibly more. They created an account on the magazine’s website and comped the $20 subscription. They will say they didn’t but the magazine’s website and communications prove otherwise. This is a scam company that steals personal information.

With that being said, Subco does not sell or solicit the sales of magazines or any other types of products. Therefore, our office does not handle or process any type of billing or payment processing. Publishers will direct customers to contact our office as we are responsible for cancellations, changes of address and assisting in identifying to the subscriber who the 3rd party is and where their order originated.

They have sent you these magazine(s) hoping you would enjoy them and maybe subscribe to them after their promotional terms. Based on this subscription type, we can confirm there’s no billing for this subscription and it will not automatically renew.
