I have made multiple attempts to contact the magazine company to determine who signed me up for a subscription. Based on the use of a fictitious name along with my address, I believe this is an act of harassment. Despite my requests for information, the company has failed to provide the necessary details. I need someone from the company to reach out to me via email immediately to start addressing this issue.Business Response

Often times if an incorrect or invalid address is provided the **** system may default to an address they may deem close as possible. This happens usually in cases if they entered a wrong number or may have spelled something incorrectly.
Rest assured, we have noted the account that you-the homeowner have informed us that this individual does not live here nor do you know this person. With the above stated, there was no billing to any consumer for this magazine as there was no billing information obtained from any party for this magazine. As mentioned in our previous reply, we have removed the magazines from your address and submitted a cancellation. Due to pre-labeling, you can expect to receive a few more issues before the delivery discontinues.
