      This is a terrible company. I would NEVER book with them. We reserved (2) separate parking spaces in New Orleans. When we came to pick up our car at the first spot (15 minutes before the parking expired) there was a boot on our car and we could not move it without paying over $150.00. For the boot AND for the parking we had already paid for. The parking structure did not recognize the confirmation or the receipt from the way app and we were told it was a "Third party" so in order to move our car, we had to pay again. I was on the phone with the representative on the Way app for over 1 hour. Nothing was ever resolved. He advised me that he would call me back, that never happened. I was bounced between the parking site service and Way Customer service, neither of them helping at all. We had a concert that evening so after 1-1/2 hours of trying to get it resolved, we moved on. I had reserved another parking spot with the Way app in advance close to the venue, but was afraid I would come out of the concert with a boot on my car (again) and it would have been between 12-1 am in downtown New Orleans with my (2) teenaged girls, that was a risk I was not willing to take, so I paid for parking on site (again) to avoid another fiasco like we had experienced earlier that day.
      After we arrived home from our vacation I contacted Way customer service (Tyler). Back and forth for another 2 weeks with no resolution. Finally, they just stopped calling and emailing me back. I have faxed and emailed ALL of my receipts and documentation repeatedly.
      I then disputed the charges with my credit card. That is when the people at the Way App. got back with me. They requested that I drop the dispute with my credit card company and stated that they could not issue credit until I did so. I asked for specific information prior to dropping my dispute, which they never provided. TO MUCH TIME INVESTED. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT USE THE WAY APP.

      Terrible company and service.
      We reserved two parking spaces that we could not use and Way.com failed to refund as promised. On Nov18 I reserved *********** for Airport Spectrum. Way.com failed to mention that there is a height restriction. Second reservation was *********** which is at an extended stay Hotel. The lobby was unmanned and so we were not able to get a parking tag to park the vehicle.
      We've called way.com that Nov18 morning, and were promised a refund. A refund did not come through. I called again on 12/23 and after a long conversation and hold times with Trevor and their supervisor Brad. They asked for proof that i parked my vehicle elsewhere, Which we also provided. We still have not been able to get a refund for a parking space we did not use.

We regret that this caused confusion, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.Regarding the second reservation OGI48756362, we want to clarify that it was booked at ***************************, not with an extended stay hotel, as the location details, including the address, are clearly listed on our website and in your confirmation ******** a one-time courtesy, we have already processed a full refund for your reservation OGI48756164 with Airport Spectrum. We regret that the process has taken longer than expected, and we will continue to monitor the situation to ensure it is fully resolved.We appreciate your patience, and if you have any further concerns, please dont hesitate to reach out to our customer success team.

      These guys are quick, friendly and polite. Never left us stranded. The shuttle service was prompt and efficient. We didn't have to wait long to be dropped off at the airport or picked up upon our return.

      I had to call several numbers before reaching someone local. However, the shuttle driver was extremely pleasant and helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend this service.

      Traveled on a cruise out of the city. While the parking lot was a little hard to find, once I arrived, everything went smoothly. The shuttle ride to the port was quick and easy.
