5 starsThe organization could be improved, and I saw staff readily available. This includes even after I picked up my car. Parked the car. Trying to confirm that they shuttle would be available or where to even meet the shuttle.

5 starsI had a reservation to park, and upon entering the garage, I found it well-organized despite the large number of people waiting for various boats. Although there seemed to be a shortage of shuttles initially, the staff quickly addressed the issue. Despite the delay caused by adverse weather conditions, the check-in process was efficiently managed, even with a sizable crowd of around 75 people.Way.com

5 starsI was able to find a location close to the airport for a reasonable price and was quickly able to book it! Great job Way!! Made a reservation, but needed to cancel. I was a little frustrated because I had trouble canceling from the app, but customer service promptly fixed the problem and refunded me.Way.com

She is very helpful, courteous and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. Courteous customer service rep answer my call promptly. I will park my car at *********** for 5 days and give a review after that.Way.com

5 starsSo far, all I have done is make a reservation, but that went as smoothly as possible. We have used Way previously and were very happy, which is why we are using them again. It was very easy and I chatted with a rep who provided a promotional code to receive a 5% discount since this is my first time using this service. The airport is only 5 mins from the parking lot which is why I chose it.Way.com
