Refund and Exchange Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy – Parking Reservations


We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make cancellations and refunds as simple as possible. If your reservation is refundable, you can cancel it any time before the check-in time. Once canceled, the refund will be instantly credited as Way.com credits that can be used for future purchases through Way. If you prefer the amount to be refunded to your original payment method, it will typically be processed within 5 to 7 business days. You can cancel your reservation through the Way.com website, mobile app, or by contacting our Customer Success Team at [email protected] or (408) 598-3338.


Some reservations, however, are non-refundable. This will be clearly stated on the parking lot listing page and in the refund policy section of your confirmation email. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled and are not eligible for a refund or Waybucks under any circumstances.


Please note that if you stay beyond your reserved time, the parking lot may charge you directly for the extra hours or days. These additional charges are not refundable.


At some locations, you may also be able to edit or extend your reservation directly through the Way.com app or website. If you're unable to access either, our support team will be happy to assist you.
