      I do not see how this company can be A+ rated by the BBB yet have a 1 star average review.They deceptively get people to sign up for a "monthly club" for $50+ per month. When you realize this and cancel your membership, you are told you can still use the credits you previously paid for. BUT, when you go to use those credits, it automatically "restarts" your membership, which I only discovered because their website FORCES you to allow them to save your credit card information. When I followed their directions on how to delete my payment information, it did not work and I had to contact their customer service. That is how I found out that making a purchase restarts the membership. When I noted that was not notified of that caveat when I cancelled the membership (obviously if I had been told that I would have used the three credits prior to cancelling), I was told I had the option of paying retail price which would not have restarted the membership. I then pointed out the circular logic of " you can use the credits after cancelling the membership but that will restart the membership you don't want otherwise you cannot use the credits we just told you you could use."This company is completely c*** Just go to Aerie and get yourself some nice leggings.

      **************** is very poor at the ************* location managers are unprofessional , rude, lack of product knowledge and management skills. Mangers talking on there phone on video calls and not attending to customers, not professional

      Shopped for the first time and signed up for membership. My total came out a little too high but just figured I added Incorrectly.Nope. Bait and switch. The 2 dresses I got had a sign for ***** but because signed up for the membership, they took half off, which came to 54$ and change, not the advertised price.Their customer service solution was to have me drive an hour and a half back to the store rather than resolve my issue over the phone.Unfair business practices.

      Fabletics advertises up to 80% off for VIP members, but the original price changes depending on whether youre logged in or browsing in incognito mode. I saw an item listed at $44.95 with a VIP price of $14.98 (about 67% off), but once I logged in, the original price jumped to $69.95making it appear to be 80% off, even though the VIP price remained the same.This false pricing occurred on every item I purchased as part of the 80% off offer. The site pushes you into signing up for the monthly VIP membership, but once youre in, member pricing is significantly different than whats advertised to new users. Different links and referral paths show inconsistent non-member prices, depending on how you access the site or which server youre routed through.When I reached out to customer service to ask why the base price changed, they were dismissive and told me to just compare the final price, completely avoiding the core issue.This type of pricing manipulation is misleading and unethical, and the customer service experience only made it worse.

      they charge a monthly fee of. about $59 a month. I am a senior citizen and did not realize that until I got charged for 2 months.@59 per month. I cancelled and disputed. They would not issue a refund but told me I could use the money as a credit.. HOWEVER here is the nasty trick..,, Pants I bought with my initial offer were$19 a pair... They never told me I could cancel the monthly fee within 6 days,,,,I would have done so...I went to use the credit and those $19 pants which were now $124 ..well over fair market value for the quality..I THINK THIS IS A TERRIBLE way to treat customers ..REALLY A CASE OF BUYER BEWARE.

      Placed a large order. For some reason, out of the 6 items ordered, 1 came seperatly. The following week, the rest of the items were delivered. When I opened the package, a whole top and bottom were missing! When contacting customer service, they simply said oh this is out of stock. It wasn't out of stock when i bought it. It wasn't out of stock the past two weeks Ive been waiting for my order. I never once received any notification that my items were not in stock. Had I been out of town for business and missed my return window, I would never have gotten my money back.

      This company is an absolute joke. Their customer service is the worst, they dont respond and if they do rest assured you will be talking to a child in another country. Not to mention the scam of only being able to skip a month on 4 specific days and they do not send reminders. Whatever you do do not buy from this company.

      Absolutely zero accountability with customer service! Ive waited over 11 weeks now for a refund check that was promised in 4-6 weeks. They refuse to just debit back to my card and are now saying they will issue a new check that will take 4-6 weeks to process before they mail it Does anyone else have any info on the class action suit against them?

      I have been waiting for my shipment but I have not received it. They shipped my tops through ******** and my bottoms through a different service. I received my bottoms but my tops are just in limbo and they cant tell me where they are or when I will receive them. I contacted customer service and they just keep telling me to wait but my delivery has been pushed back 3 times so far with no answers. Im canceling my VIP after 1 use and its a shame. They have the worst customer service.

      There is no clear and easy way to cancel. They provide a way to "speak" with a representative when in reality it's an AI agent that throws you for a loop, then leaves you in a queue. What should take me less than a minute, if they didn't practice shady business practices, takes me more than 10 minutes of waiting.I will never support Fabletics again after being a "Platinum" subscriber for a few years. This is obscene behavior in 2025 and goes to show that this company does not have their Customer's best interest in mind. They also boosted prices due to tariffs.
