Returned an outfit in November 2023, was told by their support that I would receive a full refund, and not a member credit. Twice they have supposedly mailed a check, and told me to wait 4-6 weeks. It is now April 2024 and I have still not received a refund. Every time I contact them they say they have no 'update' and to contact them in another 48 hours--over and over. I feel they dragged this process out so it was too late to do a chargeback.Review from Carie P

Took 12 months of fees from us and more. We went in to place our first order. Provided valid information. Order was flagged as not secure and canceled. No notification sent. After 3 attempts this morning to reach support I had to re-validate all account information. There were roosters crowing in the background. Then was told I had to wait 40 hours before I could re-order. They couldnt retrieve mine. Ultimate I asked for a supervisor, they would not relent. I ended up canceling my account demanding every ***** we had paid them back. They said they will do so. No I wait to see if the scam is real or not. Please use extreme caution signing up for an account. This is not a business that puts their customer first. They will gladly take your money and make it super difficult to make a purchase. I, too, was scammed. I purchased a few items last spring, and since then have been unwittingly paid $59/month as part of some VIP "program" that I did not realize I was signing up for. nearly $500 later, I realized what the charge on my credit card was. What a ruse!Review from Lucia J

My daughter will be starting a new job next week as an ENDT and is in need of new scrubs. She placed an order with fabletics last week. The order was processed, her card was charged & that was that. The following day she received an email stating the order was canceled & her method of payment would be credited which could take up to 2 weeks. She got in contact with customer service and was told that there was an additional authorization that was needed to be put on her credit card and the authorization would not go thru therfore the order was canceled. Mind you this was after her card had already been charged for the full amount of the order. They would not elaborate on what the authorization charge was for. I decided to make my own account and placed an order for the items my daughter had originally ordered and entered her address for the delivery. The following day I received an email stating the order was canceled. I got in contact with customer service and they stated that it was canceled because there was suspicious activity and their system detected a duplicate account for my daughter. I explained to the agent that I myself made an account but that I was having the items shipped to my daughter's address. I explained the situation she experienced when trying to order and that she needs the scrubs for her new job and that's why I made an account and ordered the items. He stated that since I entered her address as the delivery address the system showed that her address already had an account linked to it (my daughter's account) & it would not accept that it was a separate account. He said she would need to place the order from her account in order for it to be accepted. I then explained to him AGAIN that she had already tried ordering but her order was canceled. I knew I would just be talking in circles with this customer service representative so I told him we would just take our business elsewhere & I would be getting in contact with the BBB & ended the call.Review from Elise P

I signed up for the program but on top of the $60/month, they charge for the shipping which is another $10 and if you're a size small and only want dark and solid colors.. go luck. I have three unused credits because they never have my size in the two styles of leggings that fit me best. And if I cancel before my credits are used, I can only get retail pricing so I am trying to just order whatever I can to cancel this membership.Review from Jean G

My grandson ordered one item from Fabletics and then was charged $59 a month for a "membership" which got him nothing. This is a huge scam! The charges seemed to be random: sometimes twice a month, sometimes every 2 months and not even the same amount. I see many other people fell into this trap. Isn't there some way BBB can do something more than just post complaints on your website?Review from Amber O

I decided to go on the Fabletics website to buy clothes & the experience caused me to take my business elsewhere. Firstly, they force you to give them your zip code, email, and sign up to the website before you can even shop. There is a timer constantly counting down right at the top while you shop making you feel rushed. Im at home on a website for Gods sake; I feel less stressed at a real retail store. On top of that you click to view a piece of clothing and these tabs pop up across the picture telling you how many people are viewing it or have bought it. I dont need that information I just want to see the clothes. The website ease of use was none existent. I never experienced a website more pushy. It felt scammy and cheap. After this experience I feel like fabletics is a joke & will not be buying from them any time soon.Review from Joyce N

Warning to ******** consumers: ************ charges taxes with their online purchases BUT ATTEMPTS TO NOT REFUND THE ***** CHARGED TO THE CONSUMER when their products are returned (new still in warehouse factory packaging), received and processed to and by the warehouses. I had to argue and reference to business practices and the law in order to get my refund of taxes back! They claim it is not in their authority nor do they partake in this process?! The US governing businesses and money (@IRS) should look into the books for this company-shady as can be!Review from Kayla M

I will never purchase from this company again. I bought some gifts for Christmas because of the Black Friday deals and suddenly Im being charged a $59 membership fee monthly? How shady can you be? I reported this to my credit card company and disputed the charges. I will be telling EVERYONE I know to stay away from Fabletics.Review from Cheryl Z

Beware of purchase! We purchased shorts from Fabletics on Aug. 30, 2022. Little did we know that they were charging us a VIP charge monthly on our credit card for $54.95 and then increased to $59.95. When I reviewed my credit card statements, I thought it was for my child's college book fee rentals. Then I looked closer and determined it was for clothes. I have since contacted the company and protested their charges and removed our name from their VIP program. This company does not fully explain about their VIP program clearly on their web site. We should have checked their poor reviews online before purchasing. Buyer caution!
