      BEWARE!! This company is a total SCAM. Once they have your information it is stored in their database forever. **************** agents leave you on hold for hours and continually state, "I understand" without being willing to do anything to help. I wouldn't wear anything from such a disgraceful company.

      2 weeks after I placed an order they still couldnt tell me anything other than transportation delays i argued with them for sometime about needing to know where my stuff is and they did not have an answer. Its been over 3 weeks and I still do not have my order and I have not received a refund.

      This company is a joke. You cant have more than one membership per household. So, if you got a roommate and they want to buy from here, they better move out if they want to have a membership here as well. I had an order placed and they canceled my order and never applied any discounts as promised when you refer someone. They said that there is nothing they could do. So, instead of a one star I wouldve done zero star but it just not available.

      If you join membership they charge you $60/mo. and it is impossible to cancel. You have to call and chat multiple times and still they won't. Complete Scam!!

      Im extremely disappointed with how Fabletics handles its VIP membership, particularly in terms of transparency and cancellation. I never received clear notice that placing my order enrolled me in a recurring VIP program charging approximately$59.95 per month. There were no reminders or clear disclosures during checkout, and I only realized the recurring charges when reviewing my statement a month latera common complaint in BBB complaints where customers say auto renewal terms were not made obvious at checkout. When I attempted to cancel, I was transferred repeatedly between automated chat and phone systems. I spent over an hour on hold (my queue position showed 704), then finally connected via online chat. The representative asked multiple times why I wanted to cancel before eventually processing the cancellation and refund. Many users report similar experiences, including being placed on extensive holds and receiving no confirmationsometimes even needing to call multiple times before success.Because of how poorly this encounter was handled by such a renowned company, I will no longer do business with them. This lack of transparency feels misleading, and making cancellation intentionally difficult is inexcusable.

      i ordered the high rise wide leg scrub pants following their size chart and they fit 2-3 sizes too large. Ive been waiting for them to restock to correct my order but there seems to be no accountability and no knowledge if the item will ever be sold again. Luckily i returned it before their 30 day return policy. Its been 2 months and no one is able to give an answer if the item simply wont be sold again so i can order something different.

      Be very careful purchasing clothes from Fabletics. Quality aside, which is extremely poor, they will lure you in with good prices by making an account. But then you find out later that making an account really means signing up for their $60/month VIP membership. Im sure somewhere there is very fine writing mentioning it, but it certainly wasnt visible on the website, in my emails, or on my receipt. And you cant cancel online. You have to call a phone number that directs you to a call center somewhere in *****. Theyll process your refund right away to keep you from writing a review like this, but then they tell you that they cant cancel your account because it will interfere with the refund. They know its a pain to keep calling. You have to dispute the charge(s) with your credit card company and then call to ask them to cancel the account. Extremely scammy. Have to assume their rating on here is not legitimate.
