    I find the convenience of Stamps.com and saving of time well worth the cost. There IS a cost -- for the stamp blanks as well as a monthly fee, but I've accepted it as a cost of doing business. (The ****** Services discounts the postage, so some of the cost is saved in the discounts.)The program makes it easy to check when packages were delivered and to check postage costs. I'm grateful for the service, and I appreciate that the Priority Mail labels give my mail a professional look.

    Horrible! Created account in April to send a label to someone I was buying an item from. For whatever reason, I couldn't get it to work and was thankful because I realized they weren't affiliated with ***** So I went onto **** click and ship and created and paid for label. Fast forward over two months and they just charged my credit card $21.19. This is ridiculous! I never used their service and it better be cancelled immediately! *****************************

    We have been providing service to all types of mailers and shippers since ****, and Stamps.com is a PC Postage Vendor licensed and approved by the ***** and has been approved to offer service since ****. 

    To best serve our customers, we provide the terms for Stamps.com accounts during the registration process. Stamps.com accounts cannot be created without customers indicating that theyve read the terms and conditions. We believe in full disclosure, which is why we provide our terms ( ******************************************** ) on a single webpage during the registration process.

    During registration for a Stamps.com account, we explain that your credit card will not be charged unless you continue past the four-week trial or buy additional postage and Online Store products.

    In addition, immediately after sign-up, new customers are sent a Welcome Email with the same terms outlined, along with information about the monthly flat rate fee if you choose to continue past the trial month.

    Our law office has used stamps.com for 12 years. We love the program! It's a perfect fit for us. On the very few occasions we needed customer service/tech support, they've been on it and handled our concerns expeditiously.

    I have to admit, I was not hopefully in getting my issue resolved in such a short time without having to explain and argue my way to the disappointing end of a rebuttal. I was pleasantly surprised when the response to my issue came only 12 hours later and with a very positive outcome. The world would be so much better if all businesses took the approach to customer service as ********************** does. What a fine example of taking care of business, the old fashioned way turned the new Generation Z way! You guys ROCK!

    Stamps.com is an efficient, cost effective way to send mail in today's work environment. We can login from any computer, and print stamps while working from home, or in the office. No more trips to the post office, except to drop off if needed. We send everything from letters to packages, and even certified mail! AND postage stamps are discounted through Stamps.com. As far as Technical Support, they have an amazingly friendly and knowledgeable team to troubleshoot and solve any issues. I've dealt with companies who are difficult to reach, difficult to communicate with, but Stamps.com is NOT one of them. It's nice to interact with such an organized company dedicated to meeting the many needs of all of their customers.

    Free trial subsection scam. They charge for the trial period at the end of the trial period, therefore they can say services have been rendered, so no refund. Hilarious. I wonder how much of their revenue is just siphoning off money from elderly folks cards who have to idea they are in a subscription service that was completely unclear while signing up. After cancelling account they send an email making it seem like they refunded you. However they are just saying they arent going to bill you for the next month. Billing after services performed is a nice trick here. These sketchy practices make me ashamed to have trusted them with my credit card information.

    I feel that the Representatives' **************** at Stamps.com are extremely helpful & they will transfer U to the right person (Tech Support). I spoke with ****** yesterday Tues 6/20/23 & he did log into my computer & fixed the issue, excellent job. I will let my friends & other companies know about the excellent customer service. ********************** also will send ** (Crown Self Stg in ***, **) a refund, if we made a mistake on the Stamp Sheet or the Certified Mail sheet, another excellent issue they have.

    Website and customer communications are deceptive. I believed I was signing up for a free service where I would pay for cheaper rates for postage through theri system. Instead, I was signed up for a recurring "pro" service. I was never asked to select among different rates or options. They did not email me about a trial, notify me that it had ended, or let me know that they would begin charging me. I believe that they know they are being deceptive because they do not send receipts. This practice has been going on for years, as indicated by this blog from 2014, which I found after noticing the errant charges: ********************************************************************

    We've been using Stamps.com for four years now, and it's a wonderful service and company. We've had no service problems, but nonetheless love that they have a robust customer service department. We were wanting to do something out of the ordinary recently that I couldn't find answers for online, so I called and had a solution within minutes. Everyone I've talked with at Stamps.com is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We haven't needed it for problems with our account, but it's nice to know they have great customer service if we ever did.
