    WE DO NOT RECOMMEND STAMPS.COM!!! Our office uses stamps daily and we were looking at our options. I am completely disappointed in the billing process. Even if you set up an account to look at prices and the ability to compare prices and suddenly you're being charged $18/month for services that I called and cancelled plus I have email correspondence with the company stating they would cancel our account and issue a refund. Well, 2 months later and we are still being billed and they now only agree to issue a refund for one month of $17.99. The hassle of dealing with this for months and the "subscription fees" while trying to run a business is the prime reason we DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    I believe Stamps.com is a critical partner to my business. Once I established my business, I needed a shipping method that was both reliable and cost effective. Stamps.com excels at both of those features. And the benefits are time savings and cost savings for me. If ever there is any situation, their customer support or technical support staffs are truly awesome. Both staffs are polite, professional and succinct. If you do ship with **** or *** and want an easy method for printing postage labels, I highly recommend you check out Stamps.com

    I've been with Stamps.com for at least 30 years. I'm retired and I still use the software. It's so easy to print stamps or postage for returns or packages and my mailman picks the packages up the next day. Currently customers are saving 3cents per stamp. Think of your Christmas mailing! I order their Christmas stamps as well as other holiday or just fanciful ones. Support is online or a phone call away. I used them last night for what turned out to be a simple solution. I also print labels for Christmas (I just need to review for address changes or other) and also print a full page to those I send cards or letters to often. Stamps.com will also print postage on your letter you address at the same time. I just love this product and am so happy I could still use it when I retired.

    I have used Stamps.com for years. It is an extremely useful program. I use it for postage labels, priority mail packages, and envelopes. **************** is excellent; you are not on hold for hours; you get prompt service and in my case a billing issue was easily resolved. The only complaint I have is that a function to print a priority mail label with tracking bar code but not including postage has been deleted from the program. I am a stamp collector and I prefer to use priority mail stamps on the package. Now I can no longer use Stamps.com to print a plain label onto which I could put a priority mail stamp. But still a 5-star rating.
