They never completed the services I paid for, no return calls or an explanation. I paid $330.38 for 15 months bringing the total to $4,955.70 all from my bank account I'm not comfortable giving that number over the phone but I can provide you with the records needed and it was all from Apple ********************* Also I've now been sued for the debt that they said that they were going to be responsible for and they said I would get my money back if I did get sued and I still haven't heard back from anybody. It's completely unacceptable because I already had doubts going in and I tried to complete the program to the end and then they sent me over to the attorneys in the attorneys ask for more money because they no longer work with Citadel document Solutions I work this program for 15 months when I could have been doing other programs or paying off my debt myself and now I'm even farther behind and I don't even know how to crawl out of my hole and I would like my money back so I can at least apply it towards somethingInitial Complaint

I signed up with ******* and was told I needed to pay a certain amount each month for 3 years and they would invalidate my debt and my score would raise significantly. I am getting calls from all kinds of collectors for all I was told would be handles. I complained to BBB last year but no one helped me. I want all my money returned. I contracted Citadel Document Solutions in 2018 to help resolve outstanding credit card debt. I was told that my debt would be invalidated in approximately 2-3 years and that my credit score would rise significantly, actually being told it would be "almost perfect, if not perfect". I made monthly payments for just shy of 2 years and nothing significant changed. I still have outstanding debt that I was told not to pay because Citadel would negotiate with the credit card companies. I still have collections on my credit report that have not gone away. I've been left in a worse position than when I started this process. At this point, it may have been easier to file bankruptcy.Initial Complaint

I contracted Citadel Document Solutions to help resolve credit card debt. I was told that my debt would be invalidated in approximately 3 years and credit score would rise significantly. I made monthly payments for 2 years and nothing changed. I still have outstanding debt that I was told not to pay because Citadel would negotiate with the credit card companies. Citadel Document Solutions closed, and transferred my account, or rather, the new company picked up my account, January 2022 which was ************************* or LPG. I signed up with Citadel Doc. Solutions in March of 2018 and started paying them over $300 monthly to resolve debts from creditors in which nothing of that took place. I was misinformed of the process and was promised that my credit score would raise back up within 3 years and all of my debts would be invalidated within 1-3 years. My wife and I contracted with this company for debt relief for approx. $40,000 of debt. We paid them approx. $365/month for the last 3 years. We were instructed to forward debt collection documentation to them for them to help resolve the debt. Ive was paying this company for over two years, for their service that resolves disputes with creditors. I paid them thousands of dollars over time, and during the resolution process they disappeared, and now I am involved in a lawsuit with a creditor, who apparently they never submitted any information or any of my funds to.Initial Complaint

I payed and did everything I was asked to do. Now I am just getting ignored. Even the email is no longer active.
