    Citadel documents solutions lied to me and gave me false information, I was making monthly payments to this company with absolutely no positive results (I want my money back I put into this false company) before I have to go to small claims court.. Im totally disappointed and felt robbed.

    Company made over $50k to help eliminate debt. Instead I have been sued by creditors and credit score is the worst it has ever been. i completed all my payments on time. Citadel did absolutely nothing for me but cost me more money then I ever owed. I would love to see a Class Action Lawsuit against this company that you cant even get ahold of anymore.I need to find a way to get my money back and my credit fixed as promissed.

    I started Citadel Document Solutions to help solve my credit card debt in 2018. I was told to make a payment of nearly ****** a month for 15 mo. Along with ceasing to pay any of creditors so that they could negotiate with them. I followed the program in high hopes that this would the best thing to help me. They said it would take 2-3 yrs and then my credit would be almost perfect. I took pictures of the creditors debt law suits against me and emailed them consistently like they asked me to. They never fixed anything for me. Instead, i am left with these creditors filing lawsuits against me. About 6 months ago I tried calling the company and no one answered. I recently found out the company no longer exists. How is this legal?! I was never contacted that they were closing. All my hard earned money has been stolen from me and I have been out in a worse predicament. This is criminal. Im reading all these reviews in horror that Ive been subjected to this fraud along with so many others. Why is nothing being done? We need to find who the owners were of this company and find out what we are owed for complete FRAUD. I am beside myself that this has happened to me. Someone please help me get my money back so I can pay these debtors off.

    I was setup with this business to consolidate my debt by someone named *********************** and was scammed $4500 over the course of 2 years, the company went missing after that.

    THIS IS AGAINST CITADEL DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS. CHARGED ME $10000 TO HELP ME WITH CREDIT CARDS DEBT. NOW THEY DISAPPEARED AND LEFT ME ALONE WITH MY DEBT AND COLLECTORS. I NEED MY MONEY BACK OR MY DEBTS TO BE REMOVED AS THEY PROMISED MY CITADEL CLIENT ID WAS *******

    Citadel solution took more than $9000 from me never did anything for me all my credit card debt still calling me please help me to get my money back thanks

    I was extremely mislead about debt consolidation and have been sued by everyone of the company's that I owed money to. I paid Citadel thousands , then promised a refund which I never received . After being given the run around I gave up and did my best paying off the creditors myself. Everyone should avoid this company unless they vet it thoroughly

    This company took money, didnt do as they stated to help pay off debt. I paid them a good sum amount to help clear my debt and fix my credit score only to receive a few years later collection letters from the creditors that should have been paid, and they show up on my credit report as a charge off. A class action lawsuit should be started for this company!

    Paid approximately $7,000 to Citadel Document Solutions for what I believed was a debt settlement for my credit cards. Was advised to stop paying on all cards. Later discovered later that they were doing debt validation which failed miserably. Now left with worse credit than before and out my money. Debts were merely charged off but still appear on my credit report. Now apparently they have closed their doors.
