I used this business to help me with my credit cards and to repair my credit. I paid a fee and I thought all was resolved. My credit is worse now than when I started. I tried to contact them regarding one of my creditors and now they are vapor. These continue to come up on my credit report. So it is not cleaned up like they promised. I opened an account with ******************************************************************* about 4 years ago to help restore my credit. I still have some things popping up on my credit report so I was trying to reach out to them to see what to do but I see they are vapor. It appears that they may have been a scam and many are very upset about it. My credit has gotten worse instead of better.Initial Complaint

My wife filed a complaint yesterday for this as well. We had our account checking/savings for $3260.01 for DFSWEBBANK original cost was 2354 and ******* for THDCBNA original cost is $2357 that is an increase of $1918.95. plus the *** is now charging us taxes on the BANKAMERICA $6756 which comes to $2240 with a total of $8869.95 plus we still have two more accounts coming in. We consolidate our accounts in 2018 and now two of those accounts have garnished our bank accounts. We have the original contract We singed with them. Why is this hopping now they did not fulfill their side of the contract.Initial Complaint

This company was supposed to help close and finalized my credit card accounts and then work to remove any negative remarks on my credit score so it wouldnt be negatively impacted by using their service to reduce and pay off my debts. This process was expected to be completed within four years. It has been closer to six years now and one credit card company is still reaching out to me and asking me for money. My credit report is bad and still has the negative remarks that were supposed to be removed. I paid for their service and they didnt complete the job. I want the job complete. I want the final credit card closed and I want my credit report cleared of any negative comments marked during my time working with citadel document solutions.Initial Complaint

At or around 2017, we signed a contract with citadel document solutions for them to work on 3 credit accounts, negotiating these accounts with the creditors. In 2020, citadel document solutions went out of business and failed to provide any notification. We paid citadel documents in the upwards of over $10,000 plus dollars to handle these accounts. Today, the creditor has filed a law suit with our city court in regards to these accounts. In addition, when we try to reach out to the law office filing the case against us, they state they cannot speak with us because we have a document signed for citadel document solutions to handle this on our behalf and it stops them from speaking with us or trying to make contact with us.Initial Complaint

On 2/18/21 there was an agreement made for Citadel Document Solutions to help *************** and restore my credit score back to normal. The reason they needed to do this is because they told me not to pay my bills so they would go to collections and they would handle it from there. I paid them a lot of money and they never fixed my credit score. I'm unable to get loans etc. And ******* was nieve but they made it sound legit and that they could help me. Over the next 2 years I was going through a divorce and did not give this the attention it needed. I'm hoping to recover the money I paid them so I can put it towards the accounts that still show outstanding on my credit report. $11578.00Initial Complaint
