    At or around 5 years ago I hired Citadel to help me with my credit card debt. I paid them $300 a month for approximately 2 years. The only help I got was defaulting on my credit cards and ruining my credit. They stopped calling or taking calls from me and never once let me know that they had filed bankruptcy. They actually gave all my information to another company that tried to get me to pay them for the same services and when I told these people that I had already paid Citadel in full. They suddenly couldnt help me and Ive never heard from them again either. Citadel is a scam company!!!!!

    I got scammed just like the rest of the other complaints. They took thousands with no pay off to creditors! Got my checking account garnished from the credit card company. They should be horse whipped and pay all of us back! They ought to be ashamed! Guess what karma will unleash its wrath

    Like all of these reviews below the same thing happened to me. If youd like to take action and file/join in a class action lawsuit against them please reach me. We cant let them get away with this. Especially if they are still operating under new name!!!-******************************* on FB

    Giving a one star rating only because I had to select one. Citadel Documents Solutions took me for a good deal of money, said they would close accounts and help restore credit score, etc Received notice from IRS requesting taxes for the entire amount of credit card amounts that were to be settled. Now I owe IRS taxes on the entire amounts having been supposedly taken care of. Citadel Documents turns out to be a fraud, took me and my creditors for $12,000 plus dollars. And my bills are still going. I pray justice will be served for them!

    This company is still in business under a new name the docs Pros. Be aware they are doing the same thing to people just Uber a new company name. That name is the doc's Pros. They are complete scam artists!! Please be aware and do your research people!!

    My husband paid over a thousand dollars to these crooks ,so they can help him pay his debts and the companies are still hounding him ..We call and call these people to no avail ..can anyone help me find a new phone number for this company ? The email address is eliminated also ..what can we do ?

    They scammed me out of over $15000.00. they said they would take care of my credit card debts, and come to find out they didn't pay any of them, now they are all coming after me, Citadel came to me, I didn't call them. they had info of what i owed and said we can help reduce your debt. like a fool I believed them, now out all this money. I can't afford to fork out another $15000.00. wish there was a way to get my money back.
