I purchased a set of tires from them back in November 10th,2022, after multiple empty promises of shipping in 1-2 weeks I still have not received the product and they have not refunded my account. I ordered a set of ***** truck doors through affirm with the company Dana port distributions. The order for the doors was processed on October 21st. So they contacted me and said it was a delay and they wouldn't ship the doors until 11/25 and I told them that I would wait. SO by then my first payment thru affirm was due on the 22nd, so I paid it. Then I still didn't get the doors shipped out on the 25th like they said so I contacted them again and it was another delay so I opted to cancel the order and get my money refunded. They canceled the order and said my money would be refunded I even spoke to them on the phone and to affirm. ****** said that I had to work it out with the Merchant which is **** port . They have been giving me the run around and no refund still and I canceled the order in November. And on top of that affirm is trying to make me pay for the order I never received because ************* wont issue a refund and contact affirm about the cancellation. I have tried to resolve this issue but I don't know what else to do because I don't feel like its right for me to have to pay 600+ dollars for something I never received. I just want this resolved because I'm not getting anywhere with **** port or Affirm and I don't want this on my credit.Initial Complaint

On October 27, 2022 we purchased an ************** 351W dual quad air gap manifold. I was given a shipping date of 2 weeks and was told that they were out of stock. That date came and went. I called to check on it and was told it would be another week. This went on until December 1, 2022 when I canceled the order. I am still waiting for the refund of $519.95. Now when I call, I only get a recording and to leave a voicemail. All email replies are simply our accounting department is reviewing your refund and someone will reach out to shortly I continue to send them daily emails requesting a status update and have also notified the ************************ in ********.Initial Complaint

2/2022 THE ***** # IS *********** It was handled through AFFIRM This was cancelled on August 24th of this year.************* acknowledged the cancellation - they still say - a refund is in process!!I have sent the information to AFFIRM - they only acknowledge that the loan is past due - since November 5th of this year. They owe me $273.96 on the loan. I stopped making payments on the loan. There is a stop payment on my account until February of 2023. I refuse to pay them any more money than what they have already taken. Why would I be expected to pay on a loan that was cancelled in August of this year (2022). They owe me $273.96 already - I have paid for everything I have gotten from AFFIRM. I stopped paying on this loan in November of this year. There is a stop payment on my account until February of 2023. That was when the loan was supposed to be paid in full!!I am very angry about this!!How long does it take to get a refund from **** Port? it says **** days for a refund - it has now been 4 months - I have the e-mails from ************* from August of this year (2022) stating that a refund is in process. I would think that after 4 months - this would have been taken care of. They do not contact AFFIRM either - I have suggested that they do this. Have they done this? H*** no!!Other wise - I would not be getting very nasty e-mails from AFFIRM!!I want to *** both of them. I ordered the product on September 30, 2022. I still have not received the product nor have I received a refund for my order. Please see the attachment labeled "GMAIL ORDER #************" for correspondence between myself and the so-called "company" in question. Please see attachement labeled "Dana Port Distribution" for other BBB complaints. Why hasn't this "company" and website been shut down?!
