We purchased an item from **** Port for $320.17 on July 12, 2021. We were told on September 5, 2021 that it was on special order and we would receive it on Sept. 12. We were strung along with similar promises until April of this year, when we requested that the order be canceled and our money refunded. The order was canceled on May 8 and, though they sent us an e-mail that the refund was processed, no credit ever appeared on our credit card statements. We have contacted them repeatedly until the present date, with no resolution.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Danaport on 10/18/22 my order was for $801.95, I was told that the part was on back order and it would be in on 11/18/22. The part was then delayed again, at that time I requested a refund. I've called and left messages at least a dozen times, with no return phone call. I've emailed the company a dozen time to find out the status of my refund, and I keep getting the same response "Accounting will reach out to you in 5-7days with a refund status, their accounting department hasn't reached out to me at all. I would like my refund, this company has horrible customer service, unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before my husband asked me to order the part from this company. I would've read the reviews I would've never ordered anything from this company. If I don't hear back from the the company I'm going to file a police report for theft.Initial Complaint

I purchased a part for $799.00 (plus tax and shipping) November 5 2022. I was then sent an email that my part would come in a month. I asked for order to be canceled and refunded. I was sent an email that my order # ************ has been canceled and refund in process. They have a 5 day refund policy. I have called over and over again and 3 times given 3 different dates for my refund. I called and they hung up on me and blocked my phone. I called again on my landline and he hung up on me. My husband called on his phone and he hung up on him. I need help , I cannot lose my money as my truck is still in mechanic shop. This is supposed to be a global company. Thank youInitial Complaint

I had ordered a head from **** port distributing back in October of last year I was told all the way up until July that it was on back order after contacting the elderblock company and was told the head was no longer in production discontinued and had been for some time ************* took money from my credit card company for a head that was no longer being produced when I tried to get a refund they said they had refunded it to my credit card company which they had not done the credit card company has advised me to contact the better Business bureau in ********** the **************** attorney general the **************** attorney general I need to know where I would file my lawsuit in small claims court would it be **************** or ******************** in which the company does businessInitial Complaint

I purchased a borla exhaust through **** port and they took $1338 from my account and never sent parts or returned my money when order was canceled. When I attempted to contact them, the phone was misleading then out of service. The emails sent to me were all false and never followed up on. I want my money back now..... I have since purchased it from a reputable source. I hope something gets done about this ad I am obviously not the only person. This entity has intentionally ripped off and is being let off and should be prosecuted to the fullest. To the best of my knowledge, $1338 is a Felony offense!Initial Complaint

**** port is the company that has lied to and said the headers where in stock . So , I ordered them two days and no email for tracking number. Texted them back on November 10th of 2022 and they said it would be shipped out on the 29th of November. I said to cancel my order and refund my money back. They said 5 to seven days. Their phone number is no longer a working number.and text messages back afterwards. They are a scam company and will steal your money. December 9 th I still haven't received a refund. My bank is working on it now but, I feel like I got f*** over by *************. ****** and others need to remove these scam company from the internet.Initial Complaint

I ordered these tires and was told the would be delivered on November 12th than I contacted them qhen they did not come in and they told me delivery was pushed back to the 16th and the 16th came and still no tires. I called and canceled my order for a refund and here it is almost a month later and no refund. I called once a week about the refund and they kept telling me it would be issued by the end of that day. Than I called today on December 8th and confronted the guy stating that I was told that last week and the week before and asked how long it would take to process. So I asked them to cancel and give me a full refund and now they keep getting telling me the accounting department will get ahold of you. This has on too long. -I placed an order with this company on November 8, 2022, and as yet have not received my order. I have tried contacting this company several times. -They do not answer and when they do, they say this order will be shipped out tomorrow and your details will be in your email the next day. The last answer stated that I would receive my order this past Tuesday...not true. So I called again last night, December 7, 2022 and was told it was on it's way again and then they hung up the phone.-I ordered the *** ***** **** F150 ********* Side Window Covers 2pc Black x 1 -I paid $126.90 and the comfirmation email stated that they would ship on December 1st; which was ok for me because they would arrive by Christmas for my husband's Christmas present.-ORDER NUMBER ************ -They have not tried to resolve the issue; just excuses and no product or shipping information. **** ******** site listed tires as in stock. I purchased a set at the listed price of $455 on or about the 15th of October. After 3 dates were pushed back for shipping, I requested a refund through email and a reply by email was sent saying my refund would be processed and someone would notify me within 5-7 business days. After the 5-7 business days I reached out via phone call on the 30th of November and a representative told me I would be refunded on the 2nd of December. After the 2nd I reached back out to ************* via email and got the same response as before that my refund is still being processed. Im in need of some help in this situation to get it resolved
