    Purchased an item online 2/28/2022. Waited many months for shipment for paid item, they kept notifying me of item on back order. I waited until the 7th month with still no item, then cancelled my order 09/08/2022. Refund was started and gave them some time to pay, still no refund to date, today 12/06/2022. Have been in email contact with them with always the same reply with back order situation. Rarely do they answer their phone but they have told me 3 times the refund would happen by end of day, never happened. Thank you for any help, this is a terrible/scam company.     Paid over **** dollar for tires and they said the order wasn't going to ship when they said it qould. Canceled the order and keep getting the run around on my refund. Which has been weeks now. Will not answer the phone or return phone calls. Total scam

    On nov 15 2022 I ordered two tires from Danaport.I waited a week and never received shipping or tracking info.I contacted via e-mail and cancelled my order and requested a refund. I was told my refund would take 4-5 days.I have contacted them daily for the last 16 days and no refund. I get the same accounting ***** run around.I have no product and I have not recieved a refund.They have a refund policy published on there web site that they are clearly in violation of.I have every e-mail saved as well as all of there replies.

    I made a purchase with danaport distributions. ************ and after 6+ months never receiving the item, I requested a refund. I have over a dozen emails stating I will be called by accounting to process a refund. I never get a call, I have left message with them and when I did reach someone I got hung up on.

    I ordered tires from this company. They told me they have them in stock. Once I made payment they told me they don't have the tires in stock and I have been trying to get a refund for 3 months now. They blocked my number so I can't call them. I try to call from different numbers and once I give them the order number they block the number I am calling from. The email with the refund request says "refunded", however, I never received my money. This is a scam company.

    I ordered a set of tires in April and they kept telling the factory was behind in their orders and kept giving me a ship date every time I called them or emailed them, in their emails they told me I could cancel the order any time I finally cancelled the order and now I have been waiting for a refund, so now every time I call about the refund I get a different date of when I will receive it and I never get the refund. I am looking for a refund for the purchase I never received and now cancelled. looking for help to resolve this issue, thank you ****

    Bought some auto parts, it was on backorder for 3 months, cancelled order, they responded with text and emails about refund in 5-7 days, no refund given after several weeks and they blocked my number, call from another phone and call goes through no problem, no refund issued, filed dispute with credit card company, REFUND WANTED

    On 10/23/2022 I placed an order .On 10/27/2022 I canceled due to a Tex saying it would be delayed and I would be refunded.After a couple weeks I text back asking when will I get my refund I was told I a couple days.I have called them on two other occasions.They keep telling me in a couple days.The item # *************** /cost ******

    I ordered tires for $521.99 after several emails and 3 months later still have not received product requested a refund and no response when call just get voicemail.This website needs to be shut down it is a scam.
