    I purchased a ****** stealth intake manifold in August and have not received the product nor a refund. The company has changed delivery dates numerous times. I asked for a refund and they report the accounting **** will process it soon. The latest email states they can't access system refunds and we can contact our credit card company. The credit card company states it has been more than 30 days so they cannot do anything. Thank you

    Purchase date was October 2022 Purchase price was $611.98 Product was never shipped and order was canceled on Dec. 8, 2022.Email has been a dead end. Phone contact only gets voice mail.

    I placed an order with **** Port for a part for my truck in August of 22. They kept telling me for months that the order has been pushed back. In October I asked for a refund and to cancel my order. They stated they would issue the refund and cancel my order. I checked back week after week and month after month and still have not received my refund. I would like a full refund of the money they took out of my account.

    I ordered a carburetor and clutch kit for my car on 7/18/2022 paid though Affrim ****** dollars month later they said it on back order the another month same thing and then again back ordered ask I want to cancel and a refund I said yes and now I cant even get a response back from them been nothing but a headache sending voicemails and emails and no response back they need to be locked up for robbing people of there hard earned money

    So I went ahead and purchased a ************************* Racing tire from them in august. A whole month passed and it hasnt been shipped out at all. So I went ahead and called in mid October to have the order canceled. I called the number **************** to contact a representative. He canceled my order but never sent me a refund. Its been over 4 months of me calling and they tell me the exact same response. Youll receive the refund in 4-5 business days. Ive called over 8 times and its the same person over and over again. I ask to speak to a manager and he solely refuses. To the point where they just hang up on me. I dont want anything other then my refund. I have profe where my order was made, then late canceled BUT still no refund.

    May 2022, I bought a set of wheels from **** Port distributor and I never received them. I paid ****** and I have been trying for 4 months to get my money back and they said that their accounting department is working on it and the number is not working and I have emailed them 30 times and get the same email back. I will hire a lawyer if necessary. Thank you for your time and help.

    I had ordered a carburetor for my ************* coupe on October 18 2022. They told me it would be delivered with in 7days. After a month of **** distribution put the delivery date out week I decided to put in a request for a refund. It's been over 2 months since my request and no refund

    Paid for a new hood for my car in September 2021. I was told it was shipping multiple times but it never was shipped. I canceled my order in April 0f 2022. I have never received a refund for $1,093.95 on my order #***********. I was told they were working on it but the order was too old to refund to my card and that I had to open a Venmo account to get my money back. I did this and still have not received my refund. We are going on almost 2 years since my initial order and I still have no refund. Just giving me excuses at this point.

    I ordered 2 new tires back in November. Still not got them. They keep telling me they should ship in a week. Week after week after week. Not explaining nothing. And now not communicating at all.Email after email. Not good business to take somebody's money and not send what they ordered.

    Hello I ordered 2 tires from them. And every time I called to see when it would ship. They told me 2 weeks they did this 4 times and then told me next it will ship 3times I told them I want a refund on the 1/9/23 they have blocked my emails and have not gave me my money back. The order form and refund processing report is there if you need a copy of my bank statement to prove I never received my money please let me know
