    I ordered 8 truck tires about a year ago and have tried to contact them many times to find out if they were shipped. Then cancelled the order but they still have my money and wont respond

    Ordered a ***************************** kit for my ****** Tundra from ************* at the end of February last year for $6995.Checked with manufacturer before ordering and theyre web site said 12 to weeks lead time to build and ship kit.On March 16th I contacted via email to get a shipping eta from **** Port. They gave me a date of 3/27/2022 and would email tracking number. No tracking information was ever sent to **** contacted them again on 4/9/2022 to get an update and they told me it would ship on 4/22/2022. That date passed with no other update for shipping from **** Port.This went on for **** June, and July with same results. Every time I would ask for an update ************* would tell me the manufacturer pushed the shipping date to the next month.In August I contacted ******** adopt lead time to build that specific kit and they told me that kit was shipping in 10 to 12 weeks.On 8/28/2022 it canceled my order with *************. Theyre website states 4 to 6 weeks to refund. On 9/26/2022 I contacted via email for refund update and the response on 9/27/2022 was that someone in accounting would contact me with the refund. No one ever contacted me. This happened again on 10/17/2022 and 11/14/2022 with same outcome..I called ************* on 12/15/2022 and was told that the refund would post the next day which never happened. I 12/15/2022 I started a charge dispute with my *********** credit card that I made the purchase on. They were not able the reverse the charge because it was past 60 of purchase.

    Ordered parts and waited 2 months for them. After several emails I canceled order. Now it has been 3 weeks without a refund. Price of order was $323.92

    I ordered a $350 part in October of last year and every month they would tell me next week it would be in. I finally asked for a refund on February 8 and still have not received one. They told me it was out of their hands and that I should contact the fraud department of my bank card. I believe this is so they dont have to refund me.

    It appears this business is a scam. They are pretending to sell our ************************ automotive parts. We do not associate with this business nor do we want them showcasing our products on their website.

    On 9/26/2022 I purchase an item from Danaport they process sale then told me item was on back order it would shipping in 1 week never shipped called no answer just leave message calls never returned email ask when item ship get same boilerplate will shipping in 1 week never received emailed Jan 1 *********************************************************** they said accounting working on it I email week later to get status they say we don't have access to accounting call your card company I say send me accounting contact nothing response how can I get my money baby when they never return calls or emails

    I ordered a set of rear tires for my **** **** on September 6th 2022. I have yet to receive my order. I have called and Emailed the company several times with no return phone calls and only automated Emails promising that my tires will ship "this week". All I want at this point is a refund. any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I ordered a B7M shifter part #***** they charged my debit card $554.36 after 3 months plus and no part I requested a refund, they are now not refunding my money, when I e mailed them, they lied to me and said my order was in shipping and I should be getting tracking info in 24 hours, after two weeks and still no contact I initiated a refund, they still have not refunded my money.
