On January 19 2023 my order was processed for a chrome ***** grill. It is currently March 16 2023 and I have still not received it. I have emailed the company several times and each time they say, your item will ship this week thank you for your patience. I have no shipping confirmation email or tracking number. Always just an email that it will ship that week but it never does. I would like my money back but I've seen alot of people dealing with the same thing from them with no items and no refund, just stolen from. My order number is *************. I ordered a part from this company on 10/14/2022. I never received the part and made multiple attempts to get answers over email. They told me shipping delays, be available this week multiple times. I ordered a tire that cost $385.99 on Nov. 11, 2022. I haven't received the tre. I have asked for updates on my order at several different time. I would get a reply that my order would be shipped in a week. In February 2023, I asked to cancel my order and refund my money back to my account. I ordered a catalytic converter down pipe to replace mine that was stolen back in June of 2022 and I have received multiple emails about the item being on back order and was reassured that I would be getting the part in July and then it was August and then it was September then I requested a refund and I did not receive anything I sent out multiple emails and they assured me that somebody from accounting would be in contact with me shortly and that never happened I called December 23rd and they said my refund was processing and was still not received I've called and left multiple messages to no return and they are stealing my $1, 100. I am currently still paying for it because I purchased it through a firm and a firm cannot do anything because it is past a 60-day period when they can intervene I would like my money back plus compensation for time and effort put into trying to retrieve my money and also the part they're liars their thieves they should not be in business anymoreInitial Complaint

This is a scam company, they also own MBGram. They will immediately charge you but never send anything. Reaching out by email it's always the same response "your order will be shipping this week and tracking will be emailed to you once shipped, thank you for your patience." and don't include your name in most responses, just Hi , suggesting this is just a bot responding. They will keep leading you on so you get over your credit card dispute timeframe. After reaching back to say I am reporting them to BBB and ic3, they stopped responding all together as others have seen. It's sad to see they are always in the top of the "shopping" list for ****** with all these bad reviews and countless ic3's filled out has not pulled them down.Initial Complaint

On July 9, 2022 I purchased via **** Port Racing Distribution a pair of tires for my **** 2015 mustang . My bank account (smart-******************* Bank ending in ****, debit ending in ****) for the Amount of $501.82. The order # ************ . This was to be for 2 Toyo Proxes Sport Tires 295/35r19/104Y reg. $250.91 with promo $$226 /ea. I have made numerous calls 11/25/22, 11/29/22, and many other dates I did not document due to not knowing it was necessary . I spoke to the same young man each time who assured me on 11/29/22 that an email confirmation was sent. It was not received. He also stated he showed a refund to process that evening which also was not true. I gave it another week before calling again only to have the man hang up and block my phone number . I know this as I called back to no answer. I have yet to receive the tires or the refund for the $501.82, and have been tirelessly waiting for a refund, response, or even the tires. After much time spent trying to get a resolution Im still waiting. This has been a 7 month process and they have been sitting on a large amount of money, and no response or relief for funds paid for items never received . I would like a full refund and some kind of compensation for the ridiculous amount of time my money has been held. This is unacceptable, and seems to be a shady and unethical business practice.Initial Complaint

I ordered a distributor for $374....canceled my order after 3 weeks...has been atleast 15 days....no response from calls or emails......looks like i chose the wrong proffession ......i should get free money like ******** does.
