On February the third of 2023 I ordered a ****** carburetor for the amount of $369.95. we are now at the end of March and I still haven't gotten anything. They just kept pulling my string around with next week and next week. I have asked for a refund but will probably get nothing.Initial Complaint

I bought a ***** pickup grill online from Dana Port distribution on Nov. 21st 2022 for approximately $104 dollars. I've contacted them every month since. Every time they assured me they were having shipping problems and they would ship the grill in a week.After 3 months I asked youfor a refund. This is a preemptive complaint, after seeing over 200 unanswered BBB complaints about this company, and only 4 answers, it's obvious this company is bogus.ordered a 400+ dollar part on March 3rd which was represented on their website as an item they had in stock. Requested an order update weeks after placing the order and was told i would get a tracking number "soon". Many days later, no tracking number. Today I sent another email requesting to cancel and refund, and immediately received a half-baked response about my tracking number, with no mention of my requested cancellation and refund. obviously a scam business.Initial Complaint

January 31st, 2023 They said it would ship that week. Then we contacted them because they never shipped it. We contacted them several times on shipping and they said special order and it will ship the following week. After it we decide to ask for accounting department. They decided they would not get the phone number so we canceled the order. They tried to scare us by saying that they would take us off the mailing list and should receive refund in ***** days. Then we never received the refund and we still try to keep in contact. They still did not refund the money. Our last effort is contacting you. I placed an order for a DiabloSport tuner on Feb 12. On March 7, I requested an update on shipping and was told it would ship before the end of the week. This did not happen. I followed up on March 15 and was told it would ship within 24 to 48 hours. This did not happen either. Prior to the expiration of 30 days from date of purchase, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the payment. The credit card company accepted my dispute and is investigating further. I used the numerous BBB complaints against Danaport to backstop my dispute, as they follow a similar pattern of Danaport taking money, lying about shipping and failing to send ordered products.Initial Complaint

"**** Port Our Criminals" Praying On Consumer That Have Paid For Products That They Never Intend To Deliver... I purchased a set of ***************************** ET Street * Tires - P275/40*17 on 1/24/2023 and the next day I sent them and email asking if the tires were in and was told I would be getting a tracking number in a week... The tires have yet to be sent and like everyone else they keep saying a tracking number will be sent out... On 2/17/20223 I asked for a refund and was told there system can not process refunds at this time - WOW really... Then I was told to contact my bank for a refund... I told them the bank account that posted payment was closed and ********** is not helping either... I sent another email on 2/23/2023 saying "This is unexceptionable... Please *efund my order..." the nest day I get a reply saying i would be getting a tracking number within ***** hours... Nothing was ever sent... I sent more emails and again on 3/2/2023 was told again a tracking number within ***** hours... Nothing was sent of course... Later that day I got a email stating my *efund has been canceled and a refund was in process and the refund would be posted back into my bank account within 5-7 days... Nothing was ever sent... On 3/15/2023 I sent an email asking for store credit... I have not got a reply back about that and after finding all these complaints against Dana Port Distribution today we know this will never happen... ************ needs to be shut down before they steal anymore money...Initial Complaint
