    I purchased an $800 item back in OCTOBER 2022 and paid for it using Affirm. Part never came; ******** kept giving me the runaround that the part was on backorder. Finally, after MONTHS of Danaport saying it was on backorder, I cancelled my order. They said they will cancel. No refund on my Affirm account. Reached out to Danaport numerous times about the refund ... no refund yet. Fighting with Affirm to take this charge off my account. Still no word yet from Affirm. I have not paid Affirm yet and my credit report is getting dinged because of no payment. But I am not paying for a part I never received.

    My order was canceled by me because danaport would not and never did, deliver my order. I ask for a refund and they said they were processing my refund. But communication ended shortly after that. I have all the emails to prove everything. My money was stolen by ********. I just want MY money back.

    I purchased a carburetor for my car in Feb of 2023 and have received nothing from them. I have emailed them several times as well as called and left messages. Still nothing. I paid them $535.95. I cant afford to have them steal my money and thats exactly what they have done.

    I ordered a part about a month ago in the amount of $287.67 and never received shipping details or anything from the company. I've contacted them several times and no answer from them. Now I can't login to their site.

    Grand theft!! Plain and simple. As many before me, I never recieved my $200 steering wheel that was ordered in October 2022. It is now March 2023 and I have yet to receive any thing. I wish I would have looked up this company before ordering. I recieved an email telling me that they don't deal with refunds and thier accounts **** would be handling it. That was in January. No refund in sight. They suggested I call my credit card company, so that is thier solution. Having customers file a claim to get a refund that was solely thier responsibility. I'm assuming they have gotten away with this so much it doesn't even matter to them. I want my steering wheel or a refund now. 6 months is ridiculous. Scam!!! Total robbery. Unethical terrible business. They should be sued and shut down with the amount of complaints here on bbb.

    March 24 i spent 800$ on an order from **** Port - april 1 no shipping or update so i called and emailed in morning. Call went to vm and email said reply in 24 hours. Called and emailed monday afternoon - same. Called and emailed tuesday afternoon - still no responses.They are a SCAM.Contacted bank for chargeback at end of day tuesday.

    I placed and order in October and after it didnt ship after a couple of weeks I cancelled my order. The payment I had used was Affirm. I received confirmation of my order being cancelled on November 3 and have emailed for 6 months for a refund and they keep telling me it will be refunded. Affirm will not help and said that ******** has to refund my money so they have now received full payment for a cancelled order and refuse to refund my money despite all the emails I have from them saying it will be refunded my $198

    This complaint is on behalf of my husband ************************** who has stage IV cancer and for whom I conducted the order made with **************On January 28, 2023, we placed two separate orders as follows:1) ***** ******* Competition/Plus Shifter Installation Kit - $260.95;Order # *************;2) ***** ******* Manual Gear Shift Lever Kit - $405.78;Order #*************.I then made email inquiries quoting these two orders asking about their statuses on the following dates:- February 14, 2023;- March 4, 2023;- March 17, 2023;In each case, we were given variations on the response indicating that it was either "still on special order and it should be available to ship in 1 week", or "Your order is due to ship this week and tracking will be emailed once shipped", or "Our warehouse is updating tracking and will be emailed in ***** hours."No tracking numbers were ever sent. On 3/27/23, I then inquired a fourth time, this time asking for their response to my questions:"This is my fourth inquiry regarding the status of the order for these two items...Please advise with either a) shipping tracking numbers and estimated date of arrival, or b) instructions for obtaining a refund. At this point it has been two months without receipt of the order. If their delivery is not imminent, then we would prefer to cancel the order.I appreciate your response."It is now April 4, 2023 and there has been no response or follow-up to my message left at a non-descript answering service that you now get when you call their number from their emails - **************.This whole thing makes me sick. The orders were paid for with a **** Debit card so this is cash out of pocket in the amount of $666.73.

    ordered ***** said the would ship out on Monday which was the beginning of February I ordered them in middle of January now this is almost April asked numerous times to cancel my order and still have not and will not return my money

    We initially ordered tires from **** Port in Oct. 2022. They repeatedly pushed back the delivery date. We then cancelled the order via email and received email confirmation of the cancellation on Dec. 16, 2022. *************'s response said that our refund was in process. We have attempted to call multiple times, only getting a generic voicemail to leave a message. We have emailed requesting our refund in January 2023 and February 2023, only to receive a standard response stating our refund is in process and that their "sales" department has no access to that information and it is being handled by their "accounting" department. They also instructed us to contact our initially creditor for the purchase.
