Ordered my product on 7/5/2022 - was told product would ship within two weeks. I have never received the product. I have emailed and called an no response. They have blocked my number so I can't even call. I have requested a refund and keep getting a generic response that they are processing my refund, but that is now over a month old as well and still no refund, no product, and no response!!!Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a Borla Exhaust System on 10/5/2022. The amount of my order was $1,296.00, which was immediately deducted from my bank account. On 10/8/2022, I sent a message to their email inquiry desk at ****************** to inquire about estimated delivery date. The response I received was that it would not arrive until November 11, 2022. The response also included an option for me to cancel the order and request a refund, which I did on 10/8/2022. I have continually emailed the support desk inquiring as to when my refund would be placed back into my account and keep getting the same response..."Our accounting team is reviewing your refund request and you will receive a response within ***** hours." As of today, 10/21/2022, I have not received my money back, nor have I been able to reach anyone at the number provided on their website.Initial Complaint

The item was purchased on 7/18/22 but the item had been on back order.I was informed that the item was due to ship 8/16/22, but it did not.I was informed again that this time the item was due to ship on 9/9/22 but it did not.I was informed again that the item would now ship on 9/30/22 and asked if I wanted to cancel and receive a refund on 9/12/22. On the same day I have requested to cancel the order and issue a refund and they have informed me that the refund will be issued 5-7 business days.On 9/22/22 I have requested an update on the refund, but I received no reply.On 9/27/22 I have messaged them again for an update on the refund, then received a reply "our accounting will review your refund status and update"After that day, I have constantly been messaging them for an update, but all I get in return is "our accounting will update you shortly" and no updates have yet to be received.Initial Complaint

In September 2022, I ordered a car part that was in stock according to their website. I used affirm and danaport took the money. Once it was learned that the item was not in stock and was discontinued by the manufacturer I requested a refund. ******** replied that my order canceled and refunded however my balance is still outstanding. I have open a dispute with affirm so hopefully it works towards a refund because I am not paying a dime on this nor should I have to. I have emailed them and called numerous times. They respond via email stating that someone from accounting will be in contact with me but no one has. This appears to be a course on conduct with other buyers.Initial Complaint

Ordered an automotive part off their website. Got an email next day that the item had shipped, but no tracking number. I emailed for the tracking number and they said there would be a 3 week delay from manufacturer to ship it and have me a date. After that date came and went I emailed them again asking for the tracking number and info on delivery date etc. They sent me to another bogus email department they said again the manufacturer was delayed. I have since requested several times to cancel my order and receive a full refund. Still no refund. I googled the company and found tons of people saying they got scammed by this company and yet they are somehow still an operating business taking unsuspecting people's hard earned money.I am just looking for my full refund, even though I'm owed time and frustration dealing with these scammers for months.Initial Complaint

Ordered a set of tires online. Card was charged. I emailed tp see if they were in stock after finding horrible reviews. Was told no with no idea when they would be. Needed the tires so told them to cancel order. Recieved notice of cancellation and notice that i would be getting refund. - July 6th 2022 placed order for:KC HiLiTES Apollo Pro 6in. Halogen Light 100w Spread Beam (Pair Pack System) - Black 1 The order was for $157.50 - The order # was ************ - After patiently waiting for the order that never came, I went ahead and cancel the order and got a confirmation email from **** port stating that "Your order has been canceled and refund in process " on Aug 2nd, 2022.- As of today, Oct 18th. 2022, I am still awaiting for the refund.- I have emailed and called and they only tell me that the refund is coming without any other explanationsInitial Complaint

So I bought 4 tires off there website it came out too $598.81 and it took a while so i emailed them and they told me it got delayed so instead of waiting they said i could cancel and i did and they said i would get a refund within 5-7 days and its been about 12 days now and ive been emailing them about where it is and they keep telling me someone from the accounting team will reach out but ive never received anything. 12/8/21, ****** carburetor was purchased with debit card for $465.26. ******** kept pushing back shipping date claiming difficulty receiving shipments from supplier. 7 months later I cancelled the order to which they stated 5-7 business days Id receive the full refund. 3 months later, I have still received nothing. Each phone call states they will have the accounting **** look into what is taking so long. They never reply *********** you back. Theyre using the web to scam and commit fraud
