    They scammed me out of $675. I tried to buy a rack for my truck. The website said the item was in stock. Then they email a confirmation email with everything. Looks legit. Then they never send any shipping details. So then I asked about it and they said the item is on back order and will ship out soon. They did this to me 3 times and then nothing. I asked for a refund and they said that they would send the cancellation to accounting and that someone would process the refund and get back to me in 5-7 days. Then nothing again. I ask again and again and they send the same email saying that someone will get back with me shortly. Nothing has happened and now I am way out of my window to dispute the charge with my credit card company (which I tried). This "business" is using code from Shopify to look like a legitimate business and scam people out of their money.

    I have numerous emails from them stating product kept getting put off for shipping.like 3 months so I iask for refund they said 7to 10 working days *** been over 2 weeks

    I ordered ( order number ************) Cams for my Dodge **** and the amount was $1141.95. After not receiving updates on the order and not receiving the order myself I contacted **** Port by email and was told that the item was on backorder from the manufacturer and was not going to be shipped until 9/16/2022. They told me at that time I could cancel the order if I chose, which I did 8/31/2022 and received email confirmation for the cancellation and stated they would review the request and once approved the refund would be processed within **** days. It has been 2 months and there has been no return calls, emails and the money has not been refunded. I have since found that there are numerous complaints of the same magnitude. I want my money back.

    I purchased a set of tires through **** Port in June of this year 2022! ************* never shipped the tires to me, so I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I was told by ************* that I would need to wait about a week for my refund. I requested this refund in July of this year 2022, here it is October 31st 2022 and still no refund. I have called **** Port numerous times with no answer whatsoever. I have emailed a number of times with little to no response back.

    I had been awaiting for my intake to ship since August and the ship date from MFG had been pushed back every 2 weeks at which time I had been asked if I would like to cancel the order.I said not yet but it still got pushed until 10/30 and on 10/3 I decided when you asked if i'd like to cancel the order I said yes.Now, I was told it takes 5-7 business days to process which I have been waiting for and emailing for status updates and keep getting the auto generated generic email stating the request is with accounting and I should receive an update shortly.....its been over 3 weeks, what is there to review?You took my money out of my account within minutes so why does it take a month to put it back? Thjis is for a product that had not even shipped, not a returned one.Please update me on my refund status.Still unresolved and need my refund processed immediately.

    On 7/18/22 I placed an order for 2 ***************************** Pro-Street tires and paid $766.79 for them only to find out through a friend that they're not made anymore. My order was cancelled on 9-6-22 and I was sent an email stating that someone from their accounting team will get in touch with me. Nobody has done so and that's the only email I get from them anytime I inquire about my refund. I have tried calling the number provided on the website and no one ever answers the phone. I just want my money back.

    On April 17th 2022 I ordered a 5 turbo-back aluminized steel exhaust system for $564.16 order number #************. On April 18th 2022 ************* withdrew $564.16 from my bank. I made several phone calls over a 3 month period asking about the product I ordered and was always told that the manufacturer pushed the shipping date back, and that I would be receiving it in a couple of weeks this went on for months. On July 11 2022 after not receiving any updates I called the company to request a refund. I was sent an email stating that a refund was in process. On September 20th 2022 I emailed the company because they where no longer answering my calls, asking why I still have not received my refund. After that I received an email from them letting me know they received my email but as of today October 26 2022 I still have not received my refund. Now they are still not answering my phone calls or messages. Recently I looked on BBB website and saw where this company has numerous complaints, no doubt this company has a history of taking peoples money and never shipping the order or issuing a refund. Can you please contact me with any options I may have. Thanks ************************* ************

    Made 2 purchases thru Affirm to **** port and Items were not in stock so I canceled the 2 orders and I got a cancel request accepted and would be refunded September 3rd. I called at the end of September and was told I Would get the refund to Affirm 0ct 6. Now I get number is out of service. I do believe they blocked my number. Affirm is now wanting to send my account to collections. Affirm also has copies of the emails sent from **** port for the cancelation of the 2 orders.

    I made a purchase in April 2022, the product never been shipped , can't do a charge back , the company just took my money.

    Placed an order canceled next day due to back order status. Company states 5-7 days for a refund. Never recieved part (which I shouldn't because I canceled the order next day. Filed for a cancelation on the 13th of September. Here it is 24th of October still no refund. Only an automated response via email. Someone will get to me shortly..... didn't know shortly was months but ok. Fix the issue. Stealing ******* from someone is wrong. Especially if the product wasn't sent and terms were agreed to cancel. Make it right danaport. Order #************.
