    I ordered 800$ in products from Dana Port Distribution on 6/17/2022. After 30 days and no shipping info I contacted them and they said that the manufacturer pushed the ship date back. This happened two more times. The ship date passed with no product shipped. So I asked for a refund. They have stopped responding and still no refund.

    On March 10 2022, I purchased a set of Edelbrock **** cylinder heads from Dana Port Distribution. They charged my credit card $1070.55 for this purchase. After several emails claiming "delays with the manufacturer" (see attached email chain) I cancelled the order on June 2, 2022 and received an email stating I would get a refund within 5-7 days. That did not happen. I have asked numerous times for my refund to be completed, but just get the same reply;"We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created.A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response.(usually within 24 hours).Thank you for your patience.I fear I have been the victim of a scam and did not catch it early enough. I am aware of supply chain disruptions on many items the last 2 years. I felt it was prudent to be patient, but I read many other complaints here that this ************ is habitually taking advantage of these factors to delay/prolong transactions to the point that folks like myself cannot file a dispute with bank or credit card company.Please post these comments to your website to warn others of these criminals and their tactics.

    On 8/27/2022 I order a pair of tires from **** Port on 9/19/2022 I still have not received the merchandise that has ordered so I emailed ************* and asked them what was the status on the order that I place they didnt know so they said to me do I want a refund and I said yes so on 9/19/2022 they sent me an email saying that a refund was in process but as of todays Date I have not received it I called them on 9/25/2022 and I was talking to someone in customer service about what was the status on the refund we got disconnected I tried calling back but there phone was out of Service the refund amount is $529.98 ps. I never received the merchandise or the refund as of this date 10/3/2022
