Purchased an item on 9/1/22, it was emailed to me it was on back order for a month, so it was cancelled on 9/6/22. It is now 10/13/22 and I am still being charged for the item. I ordered tires on July 2 2022, from ************** for $1522.80. after 3 months I asked for a refund. After many emails asking for a refund I finaly got a perserson on the phone. Very rude and the hung up on me.Initial Complaint

I had order a set of header for my **** dodge ram in February. I kept getting told the part was back order. In June I canceled the order and just wanted my money back. Since I bought the parts with afirm I have to have them refund afirm then afirm will refund me. I have been trying since June to get my money back (almost 500 dollars) no 9ne returns phone calls or emails. I just eat my money back.. Or the product I paid for.Initial Complaint

In August 2022 we purchased a fuel filler door for a dodge ram **** they stated it would be sent to us by the end of August 2022. After not receiving any correspondence or emails verifications or anything I tried to contact them they stated that it would be here September 1 of 2022 then I reached ***** to them and September 1 and they said it would be September 6 16th of 2022 then it was September 30 of 2022 or if we would like a refund to let them know we told them we would like a refund they said it would be processed and 7 to 10 days at 12 days I contacted them and they said it would be sent over on 4 oclock on Friday night at 4 oclock on Friday night there still was no refund today October 10 of ******************************************************* anything when I tried to contact the company they had blocked my phone so I used another phone they answered it realized it was me and blocked this number as well we need to know what our choices are or what our options are!Initial Complaint

Placed an order March 7th, 2022. Keep emailing them about when its going to ship and they email me back every time saying the vendor pushed the date back again. They are not prioritizing my order at all and it has been 7 months. They provide no solutions even when I asked for a call back from a manager their response is always the samepushing for me to get a refund. No sincere apologies and no real solutions. I purchased a vehicle part online from **** Port racing in June 18, 2022. My credit card was charged right away. After several weeks, there had been no update to the item in question being shipped. After no item received nor any indication that the item was ever going to be shipped, I cancelled the order on September 7, 2022. I promptly received email from ************* saying refund was in process. After almost 3 weeks and NO refund being issued, I recontacted the company for refund status, again receiving a email stating refund was in process. I still have NOT received refund from company. Hello,I placed an order with **** port on 9/18/2022. I requested order cancelled same day and received email from **** port that order was cancelled on 9/19/2022. Purchased with affirm monthly pay, but affirm is stating seller(*************) did not issue any refund and seller is not responding to me anymore. Order was for 4 tires which never shipped and was cancelled same day. Order #************. Having difficulties receiving full refund for tires that never shipped. Date of purchase for $450.78 was 07/06/2022. I have receipt of purchase.Purchase was never received even after being given three different delivery dates. I requested to cancel order and requested refund 08/11/2022.Received confirmation email that stated refund would be in my account by 09/02/2022. No refund received to date. Bought a set of tires from **** Port and never got the product. Asked for a refund and now they won't respond to my emails.
