    I ordered a part from them on 10/03/2022 I waited almost 3 weeks for delivery, it was never even shipped so I canceled the order on 10/20/2022. Now I have been eating on my refund almost 3 weeks. They keep responding with we will have someone from accounting review this and get back with you and still no response.

    I ordered a tire in January 19,2022 I was told it would be a few weeks . After a few months I called and was told with covid ************************************************** a few weeks. Months go by and still nothing so In September I just wanted to cancel and just go with different tires seeing I was not going to get the one I ordered I called again this time its a answering machine tell you to leave a message or for faster response send a email .. so I left a message and then send a email . I have does these 5 -6 time now and still nothing . I am out ****** after going on BBB I see that theres a lot of people this company as scammed out of money . There should be a lawsuit Against this company

    We purchased 2 tires from this comapny back in July, the were extreamly slow prosess getting them to us and giving the run around, so we ask fore a refund and they agreed but here it is November and I cant even get intouch with them no responce from them what so ever...... I used AFFRIM to get the tires and now they want me to pay for something I dont have.....I hope you can help me with this matter #************ for the tires...***************************** Also my son has the same problem

    I spent $1,400 on tires in May of 2021 at this company. I reached out every month and they said my tires would ship soon. A month ago I canceled my order and they stated it would get into my bank account within five to seven business days. It has not. I have found hundreds of other reviews saying the exact same thing that they are not returning refunds. This company is a complete scam and needs to be shut down. They no longer answer the phone and only send automated emails back.

    on May 3rd of this year, I purchased an ************** Exhaust for ******. After 2 months of waiting with no response contacted ************* and was told it was on backorder for another month. After months of the same thing being told it was on back order from the company finally On September 24th, I asked for a refund. I recontacted them on October 5th, 10th, and 20th. No one got in contact with me. The company doesn't answer the phones as well.

    Date of Transaction: 10/15/2022 Cancellation Request: 10/22/2022 Asked for update on refund: 11/1/2022, 11/2/2022,11/3/2022 Called for and left a voicemail 11/3/2022.They do not have a physical location or an accounting department. You just get the same canned response when you email to ask the status. They are known scammers and plenty of info exists all over social media, BBB website, etc.

    I canceled an order placed with this company on Sept. 27th, as they couldn't deliver the product that was ordered. I followed their steps for cancelling the order. I was told the refund would be processed in about 5 days. I have contacted them several times over the past month and I keep being told the refund will be issued on 10/15, then it was 10/21 and then 10/25. I keep getting the same person on the phone and he says there isn't anyone else to speak with. They owe me $651.76 and I want my money now!

    I ordered car parts from this company in June. I was under the impression they were in stock.I was told repeatedly that the parts were to ship out within a week. September 1st I requested a refund and have yet to receive it. Ive emailed them 30 plus times only to receive an automatic response. I called the company and left a couple of voicemails only to not have my calls returned. I spoke with Affirm several times and confirmed that the lack of refund was on **** Ports end. Ive been more than patient with these people but I need the money as my wife is having surgery this weekend. I cant afford it to pay for something I never received.

    Original purchase date 07/23/2022, Order #************ for $1909.80 using affirm, payments $185.25 a month due on the 25th of each month starting 8/25/22. 2 Payments were made- total $370.50. Order was listed as in stock and upon purchase was to be provided a tracking # within 10 business days. I never received anything so I emailed on 8/18/22 requesting an update, An auto reply acknowledged receipt but nobody ever replied so I emailed again on 9/1/22 after making the first payment. They replied 9/2/22 saying sorry for the delay but the order was not on schedule and would not ship until 9/16/22 and gave me the option to wait or cancel, I waited. 9/16/22 cam. and went and no shipment, I emailed on 9/21/22, they replied 9/22/22 and said sorry but now the order was delayed to 10/14/22 and again asked if i wanted to wait or cancel, I initially said wait but after thinking more about it, I cancelled as I felt the 2 months for an in stock item was not right. They confirmed cancellation and refund and said I would be refunded in 3-5 days. Never happened. Affirm stated I should still pay the 9/25/22 payment even though i had confirmation of cancellation and refund so I did even though I did not agree. On 10/14 I checked my affirm account and saw no refund and another upcoming payment for 10/25 due. I spoke to affirm and they said **** port never refunded. I called several times and emailed several times about what was going on, they never answer the phone or return calls and never give me a clear answer on refund. This company doesnt appear to be a real business and now i have ruined my credit rating with affirm because I refuse to make another payment to this loan, I have explained all of this to affirm and nobody is helping me, I feel I have been essentially stolen from by affirm and danaport, please help protect people from these companies from doing this to people. Its pretty much theft they took my money and never sent the item
