    I ordered a carburator from **** Port back in July 2021 for the ammount of $336.56 order number is ***********. They had said it was on back order for a month and when I asked again then it was still on back order. I asked about the order atleast once a month. 1 year from then still no order shipped, asked for a update and still on back order. They asked if I wanted a refund I said yes on 9/20/22. They said ok someone will get to me in 5-7 business days for refund. Still no refund. I've asked about the refund multiple times in the last 3months and same answer someone will get to me in 5-7 business days. I would like your assistance to resolve this matter of refund. Thank you

    I purchased a exhaust system from them a couple of months ago and they said either wait for item to be available or get a refund. I told them to give me a refund and they agreed to it but they havent issued me a refund at all. Been calling and emailing and no response back. I just want my money back

    On September 8th Danaport stated that a refund would be issued for an order cancelled because a set of tires was backordered with a delivery date that was weeks out (they were readily available at multiple other retailers and from the day we ordered them from another retailer they were delivered one day later to our shock). They have not processed that refund to date. I spoke to a live person twice and was told it would be processed on October 15 the first time and the 31st the second, both of those days fall on the weekend and when I told him it wasn't possible he got beligerant. We have emailed too many times to count and just get canned responses or a statement that credits take **** business days to process. But obviously 75 days later that is a lie. Order #************

    I bought a product from this company 8/13/22, they told me I would have to wait until 9/30/22 to receive the product. On October 13th I contacted them to issue a refund because I was told by them that they couldn't get the product from the manufacturer. I waited 30 business days to receive the refund and it didnt come. On Monday 11/14/22 I contacted them by phone and was told it would be in my account by 6pm 11/14/22 it is now 11/17/22 and no refund. The sales department number now says the number is no longer in service when I call it. I dont know what else to do at this point.

    Ordered a truck bed rack for $879.85 from **** port. They delayed shipping twice, then I canceled the order and never recieved a refund.

    On May 5th 2022, I purchased a pair of tires from **** Port for $479.98. After a month and no product, I requested a cancelation and subsequent refund on June 07 2022. I have a chain of emails showing the correspondence. All they reply with is "A member from accounting will review your refund status and bring you up to date shortly." The number they had listed is now no longer in service after getting through to them once.

    Ordered tires from **** port and they immediately charged my credit card and then told me my tires were back ordered,after saying they were in stock

    Placed an order canceled next day due to back order status. Company states 5-7 days for a refund. Never recieved part (which I shouldn't because I canceled the order next day. Filed for a cancelation on the 13th of September. Here it is 24th of October still no refund. Only an automated response via email. Someone will get to me shortly..... didn't know shortly was months but ok. Fix the issue. Stealing ******* from someone is wrong. Especially if the product wasn't sent and terms were agreed to cancel. Make it right danaport. Company is a scam!!! Stealing money from people!!!

    On October 6th 2022, I purchased a Stampede Brand Sunroof Visor from **** Port for $132.30. It's order number is: #************.I was to receive an email upon shipping of item. After a few weeks I inquired about my order and because the shipment date continued to be pushed back. Through an email, I was told that the visor would to be in stock November 25, 2022. So, on October 31, 2022, I asked that my order be cancelled and my monies be refunded. Per they're website, a refund would arrive after up to 5 business days. It has been almost 10 business days now since I asked for my refund. It has not been provided. The business phone number on the **** Port webpage only has the option to leave a voicemail, however there has been no call back from them after leaving voicemail. Email from ******************** has been the only form of communication with *************. The following is the only response I am currently receiving from them, " A member from accounting will review your refund status and bring you up to date shortly". I've been sent that email from sales@DanaPort more than once. Since Item was never shipped, my refund should have been simple and prompt. I sense FRAUD and would like any assistance which can be provided with this situation.
