    I ordered a phone from Mint Mobile in January and this issue has yet to be resolved. I asked for a refund, I spoke to several agents by phone and text messages and still haven't received my refund. I returned the phone and no answer yet.

    I switched over to Mint mobile to their 10GB plan knowing that I had used, on average, 2gb of data per month (I checked the last years phone bills). The switch was easy, but after two days the Mint Mobile app said I used 2gb of data already! When I called to get assistance, they told me to shut turn off data usage on my phone, which defeats the purpose of having a phone. They also told me they have no way to show me a breakdown of the data I used. After that I reset my data usage tracking on my phone and after another two days, I used nowhere near that amount of data - I changed no behaviors in those two days. How is this not fraudulent? My partner bought the "unlimited" 32gb plan and it worked fine for 2 months. Then suddenly stopped working completely. He called Mint, they said he used his data for the month, and it should be slow. His phone was not working AT ALL! No data available, no voicemail or calling possible. He went back to a major carrier and switched back over and his phone immediately worked again.

    Sorry, Mint Mobile, I left your service already after spoke with customer service MULTIPLE times and requested to speak to someone who is a decision maker (I was denied speaking to a supervisor or decision maker) I was also told on multiple occasions that you have no way to show customers details about their data usage. I am sorry, but even if you would have someone reach out to assist me, it would be of very little help.

    I bought the plan and when trying to activate it will not take the number. I called the 'help' line many times and the message is that it is not a working number.************** SCAM!Great advertising and the celebrity angle gives it fake credibility.If it's important to you to use your phone and use it for work or personal DO Not use Mint mobile.

    Beware Since switching to Mint mobile our service has been incomplete. Our ability to send, and receive messages has not been fully functional for the duration of our time with Mint. We spent countless hours on the phone with their support, and they could not resolve the issue, ending with a Supervisor suggesting that we port our numbers to a different carrier, and that Mint could not resolve the issue.Customer service was terrible in contacting us back as they promised to do so, and communication from them in general was lacking. We had to talk to multiple people, and threaten complaints with the BBB, FCC, and our state AG for them to issue a refund for their product that caused us hours of headache, missed messages, and scheduling issues.

    I have used Mint Mobile for a few years and enjoyed the low rates but recently I had the desire to upgrade my plan from the 10G to *************** It was limited on hotspot data and that's all I really needed as I wanted to use my phone to provide data to my computer. I realized that they cap Hotspot at 5G and called to switch back to my earlier plan. I called within the 7 day refund policy but they said since it wasn't the first time I purchased I was out of luck. I spoke to two different representatives and insisted on speaking to a supervisor. Again no resolution. I guess once mint mobile processes payment, there is no way to get it back or downgrade plans. Their customer service was not helpful in any way and will take my $300 now, for service I no longer want, but will lose any future business from me.

    How wonderful they contacted me to tell me exactly what the previous two representatives told me. Policy, policy, policy. They won't refund your money once they have it.

    After a few emails back and forth, they have ultimately agreed to refund the amount paid to upgrade the plan and return me to the prior plan.

    I am calling for all other Mint Mobile customers who were scammed by this fraudulent criminal company to please start flooding the FCC and your States attorneys with your complaints so we can shut this horrible company down or contact me ****** ******** my email is ********************** and we can band together to file a lawsuit against these crooks and against **** ******** personnally since committing blantant fraud is apparently not a deal breaker for a company for him to buy into it and keep promoting it thinking it’s funny to leave a message on their corporate company number that says and i quote “this is **** ******** and I’m stealing your money” really? Because you really did steal mine by selling me service for 3 lines that you do not offer coverage in my area at all if that’s not blatant fraud i dont know what is??

    "So sorry to hear that." seams to be the only answer Mint Mobile's rogues have to resolve all customers' problems.
    I'm still waiting for my refund on a returned phone that I purchased from them. All details about it I made public on a previous review. That was about a year ago.
    There should be a law exclusively made to put a stop to these crooks.

    I should have read these reviews before switching to Mint Mobile because, surprise surprise, they have an 'F' rating. I switched a couple of weeks ago and it was instant regret. The first time I called during setup, the rep was no help at all, then I couldn't receive texts from certain people, but could from others. I was missing important text messages, so I spent over an hour on the phone with the Mint Tech advisor, which I paid extra for, and went through a series of troubleshooting suggestions to no avail...they wanted to blame the issue on the others' (text senders') phones even though the problem did not start until after I switched to Mint Mobile, then provided the phone numbers and phone service carriers of three of the several individuals I wasn't receiving texts from and was assured I would get a call back from tech support in seventy-two hours (three days) An entire week goes by with no return call, so I call back and was told they didn't call me back because they couldn't find the numbers! I was dumbfounded when the rep asked me to provide the same information again! Unbelievable! I've had prepaid service with another low cost company and higher end, more expensive companies who each had excellent service and tech support. Not so with Mint Mobile, their phone service is as horrible as their customer service. I have told everyone I know about this dreadful experience and I am switching carriers. What a big waste of time.

    Calling Mint mobile CS is always a nightmare. Today I called because my upload speed was speed testing at .6 or .9 . Download was over 100, but upload should be between 3 and 7. First rep. had me reconfigure Access Point Names then shut off the phone for 3-4 mins. When that didn't work I called back with two extra problems: 2) apparently checking mints service with the only tool available, speedtest. net, eats up gigs of data after a few tests. 3) get them to give me a testing tool to check my service and have them refund some data to make it thru the month. The second rep. when he could not fix the initial problem and give me a testing tool started to browbeat me, bully me and accuse me of having others apps consuming data... I asked for mgr, waited in hold them they hung up on me. Called back third and fourth time, and the brow beating continued, asked for supervisor, none came. Only one new problem was resolved as they gave back 1 gig of data. The original issue of upload speeds of .6 and .9 were not resolved. I have a ******* 5g phone. I don't think they have "supervisors". The reps are poorly trained except in the words, "sorry for your inconvenience"
