    Signed up but will not continue. They put me through h*** when they screwed up my account. I can't re-live all the details( too painful) but their customer service is atrocious. Worst ever.

    I got a 1-year service with mint mobile on a Wednesday night, my phone was transferred successfully the same day.The next day I called the service department because I had no data just 3G! not good enough for anything! after about a week of troubleshooting.with no success I decide to cancel my service. Their tech then said I could cancel, and I would be able to port my number out. After 6 days my number would get deactivated and in order to port my number, I would have to call them again so they (mint) could help with the porting out. That was on a Saturday, Monday Mint deactivated my number, Tuesday I got a new service with visible but visible couldn't port my phone.out because it was no longer active. Mint was telling me the phone was "suspended" but it could still be ported out? After visible trying many times without success, while mint was assuring me everything was "ok" on their side. I decide to get the lowest plan from mint to get my number out of suspension,and transfer it. After a successful transfer before 7 days, I called mint again to cancel their service. The tech then said he the added a new cancel request,and to wait **** days to get my money back. After 2 1/2 weeks I called them back for a status on my cancel request. This was Mints answer:"******** SUPCHAT NOTE: This customer was transferred since having an issue with a refund under his account we can see there is a refund under his first payment, and we cannot. see any request or ticket number under the second payment he made on June 26th the same day he requests the transfer info; the previous agent already advise him there. are any records of this request I truly apologize you are in this situation, but we cannot refund this payment that was made on his side, customer advice to report us to ********************, customer understood. No more action was taken."So, to recap Mint gave me phone service, lots of time wasted time, and headaches, and I still had to pay 3 months for my troubles.

    I had Mint Mobile for a little over seven days I called five days into it and the young lady said I could get a refund we got disconnected. I could not get a hold of them again until probably the eighth day at which time the gentleman said yes you can get a refund. He cancelled my service and said I would get a refund just like the lady said I get an email two days later saying you're out of refund policy they have the worst service the worst customer service. I was supposed to get three months for $45 at $15 apiece for unlimited data. They gave me 5 GB of data. They lied to me and then will not give me my refund lied to me about that too and their coverage is terrible. I also want is my money back my $45 and I do not know how to get a hold of them anything I do not trust them I don't think anybody should trust them. Do not trust Mint Mobile!!!

    I am no longer able to make calls from my home. I switched to Mint Mobile last November, the service was fine. WHAT HAPPENED??? Recently, I've had the worst cell service. I like to save money like the next person; however, it's not worth it, if you can't use your phone. I'm will not renew in August. I'll go back to Straight Talk.

    What a frustratingly awful company to work with.To save money, my wife and I signed up with Mint Mobile for our cell phones. Even though we were in an area that showed 5G coverage on their map, we couldn't even get 4G or any other good coverage. Days passed as we spent many hours talking to their support people. Eventually, we moved to another company that actually had coverage.We contacted Mint Mobile to try and get at least some of our three-month pre-pay returned. HAH! We kept getting the same "full refund in seven days" line. Following their support people's instructions it took longer than seven days to finally give up. We never could get our phones to work right on Mint. At home, I could get two bars of connectivity on my ************** Most of the time, my wife couldn't even get one bar on her ************ phone, and never could send/receive texts or data.We tried sending e-mails and tried talking to any one that was real at Mint. Yes, we passed the seven days limit trying to get the phones to work. No, we NEVER had good connectivity. Eventually Mint quit sending their pre-canned e-mails. We never got a good resolution. I was hoping to at least get two of the three months refunded. I couldn't even communicate with a manager or senior person that could think on their own.Recommend any person considering Mint Mobile to really look carefully. You pay up-front for the first three months before you even know if it works. Even if their coverage maps and support people say you have coverage, it may be in error. They are a ****** that I'd NOT recommend to any of my friends or family.

    I bought international roaming service and it didn't work from the second I arrived in the country. Once I got back the ** I tried to get a refund and they told me they won't do it because I didn't contact them right when it wasn't working. So Im somehow supposed to contact them to tell them my service isn't working when I don't have service to contact them? I even have a screen recording of me trying to use their app (to contact them no less) and it not working. Complete scam, I'm leaving immediately.

    Please do not attempt to use international roaming with Mint. If you inquire about the plans they seem straight forward and easy to use by just adding funds when needed. Compared to my colleagues with ATT and ******* who paid $10 per day and had no issues I spent over $50 and my phone was mostly non functional and the data disappeared within hours. I had all apps turned off, not using cellular data in the background, except messaging. My conclusion is that either the roaming data does not work or it is so extremely expensive that you consume $20 of roaming data doing very minor tasks on the phone which, again, renders it useless. Adding data only worked using a laptop in the hotel over wifi and during the day my phone, when the data was gone in a few hours, was useless leaving me quite stranded at times in a foreign country. Even if I wanted to continue to add data no matter the cost that feature did not work. Similar to others I attempted to contact Mint Mobile for help, which I desperately needed, and experienced the same being placed on hold situation for hours with no resolve. I was, in fact, disconnected and had to start over. Once I returned home I attempted to get a refund from Mint for the $50 I had spent based on the fact that I was actually in a difficult situation, the roaming service was useless, and I was unable to get help (I could only devote so many hours on hold in a country whose time difference made it difficult to communicate with **********). I experienced the same long periods on hold, being transferred and finally being told I will not ever get a refund because I used the data. I reminded the agent that data use is not a real commodity and it was more about customer relationship and poor service. That did not matter to that person. I can only file this complaint and hope others see that they can not rely on Mint Mobile International roaming. ATT and ******* phones had zero issues and $10/day seems reasonable.

    No stars. Took my money, didn't get my phone activated and taking their sweet time refunding my money. Terrible customer service. No one speaks English in a dialect I can understand. Am looking for a class action lawsuit against them. Mint, don't bother leaving a comment here. YOU DON'T CARE!!!!!

    Mint ******* what happened to this company...it's taken a downward dive. I had been a customer for nearly 2 yrs * for the price, everything was great. However, in recent months I had noticed problems connecting for ************* to the web. I attempted several times, by phone & online, to ask a customer rep about the issues. Each time I was placed on hold for a ridiculous amount time * gave up trying to ask.If you go onto the Mint Mobile site you will see the company rating of 4+ stars of ****fake news! As on the BBB website, I agree that the company is falling from grace * rated less than 2 stars here. Mint started as a value with low prices & respectable connections * not anymore! What's been going on lately because all I see now is crash & burn *It's too bad. Now rather than brag about Mint, I am tell others there are other companies with comparable prices & much better service. Goodluck people!

    I've been scammed $55 for a three month plan that Mint never managed to activate. I spent hours on the phone with a less than qualified tech support agents and was told, in writing and by phone, I would get a refund to this day never got. I paid by Paypal at the time, filled a complaint with them. Paypal sided with Mint although I had emails saying I would get a refund. Needless to say I stopped using Paypal as well since. Note to ************************* : You're a partner and are endorsing//you have shares and endorse a company who have scammed people of likely hundred of thousands of dollars. Be proud.
