    Horrible network, horrible customer service. The network has problems with ******* galaxy 20, and they can't fix it. I have spent hours on phone with them and on chat, no help. And, I have an active account paid for next 11 months, but cannot log in or reset login. Every time, the support rep gives different answer and "escalates" but nothing happens. So upset.

    I am new to ************* and i opted for Mint mobile 3 months service, after using it on my Redmi Note 7, i was satisfied and then i took 12 month plan. I paid in advance but immediately data was not working on my phone One of their customer care representative said they have upgraded their network and this phone is not supported,. What is my fault if you upgraded, you should have denied me the 12 month plan saying my phone will not be supported

    We have been with Mint Mobile for about a year and a half. Initially, everything went fine. Into our second year with them service got bad. Calls will fail even when we have service. We cannot make phone calls for random periods of time throughout the day, sometimes as long as 40 minutes. We understand that companies can have technical issues, but this a prolonged issue. We have 2 lines paid a year in advance with them and customer service has been zero help. We have been hung up on several times and been given irrelevant troubleshooting techniques that dont pertain to the issue.Customer service is atrocious. We have been hung up on several times. We have literally called 8 times, with no results. After customer service employees run out of responses from their prompt list, they completely stop responding to questions. As a result of their idea of troubleshooting, they charged us for about 3 attempts to use an eSim, which a company should not charge for in the first place, especially when it was an issue on their end. One of the last representatives stopped trouble shooting halfway through the call and left my phone without service, resulting in having to leave work early. When asked to speak to a manager, their response was that they do not have managers. We have never encountered a company without managers or supervisors. By about the 8th call, we learned of a "refund department" but was not allowed to speak to them. They can only be contacted through email by customer service representatives. We never got confirmation that a refund request was actually submitted. Through this experience we do not see how this company is still in business. Unauthorized charges were made to our credit card and they would not discuss refunding us for a service that does not work. Due to not having a working phone because of this company, we were forced to pick up a new service and lose a significant amount of money.

    This is a great example of how a business should NOT operate. As an owner of a construction company and a couple Vape shops, customer service is more important to us than probably anything else most days. And being upfront and honest top priority, we want return repeat customers. There's no way Mint will be around long at this rate, just trying to quick Cash grab and disappear most likely with several upfront paid months or years of cell service from their customers. Once they get your money they don't care huh? That's what these reviews say. My review is based on attempting to sign up. After getting excited of the rates and filling out all the information entering credit card number all that the very last thing I see before clicking the final button, are extra fees. $15 more to cover what? Administrative fees?. What? To cover fees that cost you to operate your business? I have to pay more than what you told me I pay because it costs you more? That's not my problem, should have just said to provide the service it's 105 not 90 and sneaky 15 more. That's deceptive and shame on you I don't get to do that with my businesses. "Oh before you leave sir, you owe me an extra $5 if you'd like that because I got to pay the window cleaner when he comes Wednesdays. Huh? Exactly. Beware. (Recovery Fee, hah! Jokers ??)

    Mint Mobile Scammed our family into switching to their service to provide for our Disabled 79 year old Auntie!!! It has been 34 days and counting, they sent her a broken phone out of the box, and a non functioning SIM card that would not access their tower service! At our families time, travel 47 miles one way, and cost to return their broken product! Which they do not even possess a US Shipping Contract with any carrier. Please save your family from this horrible companies predatory practices!!! They lie repeatedly to your face and do nothing but, give you false hope and promises!Buyer Beware!!!
