    Theyve sold my father 3 different phones, totalling $800 and all locked by ***** They havent answered a single customer support ticket (after supposedly submitting 6 with their tech support team) and we havent gotten any call-backs about it. Its lost us money and time over the last 2 weeks.

    I ordered a new iPhone14 and new service from mint. I got emails every hour once the phone shipped telling me the same info. That continued even after I got the phone but added another hourly email that it was delivered. That continued for two days before I blocked the sender after calling to make them stop.Second they sent me a physical SIM card for a phone that requires an eSIM. I had to buy another plan to get a new sim. I did and a refund was started for the extra sim. A week later I find my new phone isnt working my subscription has expired. Come to find out my esim was cancelled and a refund was attempted to be issued. I call after trying to use the app without any luck. I am told in order to keep my new phone number I have to buy ANOTHER three months of service. Which wasnt at the discounted rate making me spend 25% more. I have paid for six months already! Ive paid almost $180 for 3 months of service. My intro fee was supposed to be $15 per month. Nothing like feeling extorted to keep a phone number and paying for nine months of service to only have three. Well done Mint mobile. I had higher hopes.

    Worst company ever. They lie to get u to sign up and then not give u the Promotion. I was to sign up for a Black Friday deal. Get 3 months free when you buy 3 months now. They don't want to give me the three months. You tried to talk to an actual person. Can't actually talk to anyone. They don't wan to give you the promotion. Then promotion then say that that's only an online. But I actually was talking to them in person. They did a beaten switch then now on a cancel and can't find anyone to talk to talk to there operated messaging support that was useless. Not even been with them 1 hour and already. The worst company and I'm trying to change companies. They don't seem to care about their business too much

    I switched to mint mobile from consumer cellular. I signed my whole family when I switched and was surprised to find that only my phone was manageable through my account. When I tried to add the other lines to my account ****************** insisted that I give them a credit card and authorized them to charge my card automatically whenever they wanted to, showing they are interested in getting money from their customers by using marketing gimmicks rather than through an excellent product. Shame on Mint Mobile and shame on *************************. Don't sign up for mint mobile!

    Mint mobile is a whole scam! Since i first got it, Set up took me 4 longgg hrs which was supposed to take a few mins. They did a switch and bate. First they was supposed to transfer our 3 numbers to them 2 went through, but my son's did not. Because of them he lost his phone number that he had for yrs. After we signed up the first month, They changed the price on me. So i had to end up going to the 12 month plan. I was on a family plan, I told them not to save my credit card info because i didn't trust them. So they removed it. The service is soo bad, I lose connection whenever i am out. And the data goes super fast. and 95% of the time i am using WIFI either at home or work. So when it was time to pay my first 3 month plan on the upgraded .I could not pay it on the App i had to save it. So i called then to put it in that way! I told the guy i did not want my card saved, He told me after the payment goes through go to the App and remove it. So i did , Woww to my surprise i could not and the payment was more then it said i had to pay. I asked the guy is this what my card will be charged??? He said yes. Well after i paid i get a notice of 3 charges to my card all more then what i was supposed to pay. I call back, they said in order for them to remove my card from the data base i have to remove the family plan!! And it will cost me ***** each phone. And that they have to charge my card 3 separate ******** each time. this company are a bunch of LIARS!! They tell me after all this that it's on their website in the fine print?? WTH??? And you could not have told me all of this before i signed up!! Scammers, Liars, Bate and switch. As soon as i find another reputable HONEST company I'm out of there and i will never look back. I hate this company with a Passion . Please BEWARE of Mint Mobile. Total Dishonesty.

    The most hortible connectivity, which is the final purpose of buying a plan. Lost a lot of business for having it till i switched to cricket again which is not top notch of ATT but better than 3rd rate services. They musnt lie on the quality and delivery!

    Horrible. Would not recommend!!! Every 3-4 months my phone would not work for 2 weeks b/c it would say I had not paid my bill however I had prepaid for the entire year. Customer service was useless. Mint is the worst

    It's been 2weeks since I bought a new phone from Mint, it still doesn't work. I call every single day to get the runaround, if you can understand the person you get. They keep asking the same questions over and over, they don't listen !!!! They will not contact you to a Supervisor or Technical support, just keep going on with the script and question program they are given. The worst customer service I have ever experienced !!!!!

    My phone worked for 1 day and then broke. The tech support was unable to fix my problem and unwilling to transfer me to a supervisor.I paid for 3 months of Mint Mobile service for our 2 phones. My phone and my wife's phone.They sent me a physical sim for my phone which was easy to install and worked perfectly.For my wife's Iphone, we had to use the **Sim. They left the ACT code out of the **Sim email so I had to call them to get it.They agreed to send me a ** code that they said would work, although they said they needed my credit card first, which was strange since I had already paid them.As soon as I used the ** code, my phone with the physical sim stopped working. They gave me the wrong ** code. When I called tech support, they gave me a long of wrong information. They contradicted themselves several times and tried to get me to call my old carrier. Throughout this time, I kept asking for a supervisor so I could explain the problem. Finally, they started to understand the problem and agreed I did not need to call my old carrier, this was a Mint Mobile problem. They now said they had to delete both numbers (so we would have no phones) and wait for physical sim cards to arrive. I again asked to speak to a supervisor, so they put me on hold forever and never answered. I know it sounds like I called some scam center, but that's not the case because they knew my Mint Mobile account information before I even gave it to them. Including the credit card information, which I only entered in the Mint Mobile app.
