5 starsI have not had to use my policy yet, but I went with CoverageX after calling several other companies to get quotes because the other companies would not answer all my questions and concerns but CoverageX did. I had this poor guy on the phone for an hour before I finally decided to buy the coverage. But they did not try to rush me to giving them my money like all the other companies. They answered my questions and explained everything very well. I feel very comfortable with the staff at CoverageX.

1 starBusiness has several different numbers and also fish out customers with information that is in accurate. Example they kept calling me about a ****** when I have a ******* I tried to say no but they asked me to hear them out. After reflecting on the purchased product I decided I couldn't afford another bill. So I tried to call and cancel services for my refund I was promised in my contract which I still have. I called all the numbers, including the roadside assistance number, and no one answered even once. I called them a total of 6 times and waited on hold for a total of 2 hours and was even hung up on by the automated call system that said goodbye and then disconnected. This business is not a business, it is a fraud.CoverageX

5 starsAt first I was skeptical because of a bad experience I had in the past with car shield. The agent I spoke to At CoverageX was very knowledgeable, did not try to pressure me into making a split decision told me to take the money back guarantee to review it and recommended that take the hard copy of the policy to my local Jeep dealership to confirm it would cover my 2017 Jeep wranglers repairs. The service manager at my local dealership went over the policy with me and told me that I made a great decision. The service manager also had told me that he has dealt with this company in the past and that they paid the claim promptly and that by far its one of the best warranty companies out there. As much as I dont want my Jeep to break down i do how ever feel better now that it looks like I found a car warranty that will actually work. Thanks again CoverageX!CoverageX
