      Coverage is still take money out my account after i no longer want to insure with them and then charging 75$ to cancel i will pay yall for yall to leave me alone

      put me with a sales *** by the name of *****, who explained the whole process told me that there was a $200 deductible when any time my car was in the dealership for ***airs and that my fee would be $100 a month and so I said please send me a copy of the contract so I can read it over and call me tomorrow 4 PM so I can sign up if I agree to everything thats in the contract so after he calls me the next day at 4 PM, I gave him my information however, in their contract, they have $100 deductible which he charged me $200 and then my question to him was why am I being charged 200 in your advertising it for 100 he said oh thats a glitch we have to fix I said no, you would have to honor it so that left bad taste in my mouth and then he proceeded to tell me how I would be paying $100 today but I couldnt so I told him it would have to be on my next pay period which is Tuesday, 21 October 2025 would be the next time I can make a payment he said OK well take the payment out on that date so he proceeded to take my information then he says to me oh and theres a 30 day or ************************************************************************************************************ like three months to put 1000 miles on the car And I dont feel its fair that I have to pay you three months worth of coverage when I dont have coverage and that would initially be around $400 that Im paying out-of-pocket to have coverage for a car thats just sitting and I dont have coverage so I said you know what maybe this is not for me Im gonna go ahead and change my mind Im gonna cancel my contract. Im not gonna sign up. Well what does ***** do? He went and Charge my card without my permission hung up the phone. Next thing I know Im negative in my checking account for 100 bucks say I called them back raised h*** and they showed me they would return the money. Guess what the money is still not returned.

      My experience with CoverageX was exceptional! *****, I think his name is, and *******, were personable and consummate professionals. They did not go above *** **** in an attempt to win me over. Their transparency and knowledge of the product is what won me over, no matter what the cost, albeit it is great and worth me leaving the other vendor for! Thank you, CoverageX!!!
