      Spoke to 3 different people on the phone, trying to cancel my order! Sent an Email, have not received an acknowledgment yet. I hope they reply soon. I hate to get my Credit Card involved in this transaction. This is the first time I have ever had a problem like this..

As confirmed on our call, your policy has been cancelled effective the original purchase date since your request came in the same day, and we have already submitted the refund for processing. You should see it reflected shortly.

      I typically avoid signing up with multiple warranty companies due to a previous negative experience with *********, which left me hesitant about choosing another provider. However, I decided to give CoverageX a shot, and Im glad I did!I signed up with CoverageX in October 2025, and just two months later, I needed a starter replacement for my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward the process was. They took care of everything efficiently, only requiring me to pay the deductible, which I found reasonable given the circumstances.What impressed me the most was their commitment to standing by their warranty. It felt reassuring to know that I made the right choice with CoverageX. If you're considering a warranty provider, I would highly recommend giving them a try!

      Haven't used it yet and hope not too but the initial contact was excellent as long as they do what they say they will do. MY truck is a ***************************************************************************************************** any break down. I left Carshield for Coverage X *** I was with Carshield for many many years and was disgusted with the policies that was completely ********. So we will see, hopefully a lot later than sooner.

      Often there is a situation that can arrive that becomes pressing. Getting set up with Coverage X was like that. One phone call from ***** changed that and cleared up any misunderstandings. It was a pleasure having him call. I dont worry about any repairs on my truck now. There are a lot of companies like this out there. Choose wisely, I did. It not just repair of a vehicle its about the customer care. Real people.
