      Miscommunication at first but then a manager got in the mix of it and fixed it and I appreciate that because there was a lot of misunderstanding and communication that happen that shouldn't have happened but I am happy with the situation that the manager resolved.

      I had a great experience with coverage x. The representative I spoke with was a clear professional and never made me feel pressured. Everything was explained in a way that made sense and I got my contract soon after signing up. I reach out later with a question and was relieved to speak to someone right away who actually helped me on the spot they followed through and made sure I felt taken care of. The whole process put me at ease and gave me real confidence. It feels good knowing I have support when I need it.

      ******* was so kind and friendly and actually listened to me and we could be friends she was so kind. I usually tell telemarketers to take me if the list but she was too nice I wanted to hear what she had to say. Also the person who confirmed everything ******* was very good as well.       Great experience with the overall sales and claims process, was very skeptical at first. Rear window was stuck down due to a failed window power motor and regulator. Parts and labor were covered. Service advisor at the dealership said it was one of the best companys she ever dealt with to date. Saved myself $765. So far paying off.

      I have never done business with CoverageX, but I repeatedly received phone calls and text messages about a car that I do not own. I always explain that I do not own the car in question and the callers always hang up abruptly without ever trying to fix the wrong listing for me. I think this company might be a scam and/or predatory. Spread the word and do not engage with them.

      I purchased an extended warranty contract with Coverage X and have been thoroughly impressed with the company. The coverage is extensive, covering all the major systems I worry about, and affordable giving me peace of mind. The contract was very clear with no hidden fees. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also appreciate the added benefits like roadside assistance and rental car reimbursement. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
