      I just received a telephone call from an individual attempting to sell me coverage from CoverageX. The call originated from another individual and was then passed to this person. The salesman was extremely pushy but informed me of the coverage I could obtain. He just kept pushing for my credit card number. I literally had to tell him over 6 times that I would not be providing that today. Each time he became more angry until he hung up on me during the call. The longer I was on the phone with him, the more red flags popped up. He started very nicely but became more rude as I asked questions. If his mentality is representative of this company, id never want anything to do with them. At the conclusion of the call I searched for the phone numbers they used to contact me. They were not available after using several different search services. Another red flag... Hiding who they are. I can only imagine the mentality if someone ever filled a claim with them. Buyer beware.

      Very pushey trying to get a sale I was at work and they wouldn't take that for an answer Kept saying this shouldn't take to long and now I'm paying 98 dollars a month for something I dont if I want right now.Trying to get my debt paid up rigjt now Then kept saying a different rate to convince me to to sign up.

      My experience with CoverageX has been very frustrating. My *** ******* broke down, and the repair shop confirmed that the issue was the engine. I opened a claim with CoverageX and was told to submit my service invoices, which I did right away. However, neither I nor the repair shop have heard back from the claims department, and my car has been sitting at the shop since September 25, 2025 over a week with no update.I also had to pay out of pocket for my tow, even though my plan states that CoverageX covers $100 for towing, and I was never offered a rental vehicle during this time. Both my mechanic and the mechanic approved by CoverageX confirmed that *** vehicles are known for having engine issues, which are not caused by neglect or lack of maintenance.Its disappointing that CoverageX now appears to be using my service invoices to determine whether to approve the claim instead of addressing a known manufacturer issue. This is not the level of service or support I was promised when I purchased this warranty. CoverageX talks people into paying for protection plans, but when its time to actually help the customer, the process becomes slow, unclear, and unhelpful.I need my claim resolved and my car repaired as soon as possible. I would not recommend this warranty company based on my experience.

      ****, were truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share it. After carefully reviewing your claim (Reference: COVX150287), we confirmed that our team responded quickly and followed all steps outlined in your protection plan to assist you.

      According to the records and service documents you provided, the vehicle had been driven only about 88 miles between mid-June and the date of breakdown (09/24/2025), and the policy itself had been active for roughly five days at that time. Because of this, the issue was determined to have occurred prior to or within the policys initial grace ******* before full coverage eligibility began. We also disregarded the fact that the requested tow was from an apartment complex and not from the side of the road where it was stated the issue occurred after your oil change.

      Even so, our claims department extended a goodwill offer of $750 toward repair costs, covered the first tow, and reimbursement for your secondary tow which was well beyond what the policy required but we genuinely wanted to help offset the situation as best as possible.

      We completely understand how frustrating mechanical failures can be, especially so soon after signing up, and we regret that this experience has left you disappointed. Please know that our intent is always to act fairly, based on verified information, and to support our customers wherever we can even if it sometimes means going above and beyond as we tried to do in your case.

      I wanted to end and get them to return the 1st pmt. during the call they called and ignored my request. that was a week ago and still have received the refund .I believe I'm going to try and reach out again. Very unhappy
