      This company issued me a warranty with the wrong customer and address on it. I called back and the same person answered my call. He then called from a cell phone. I checked the address on the contract and it was a *** store. *** verified that they were not affiliated with **********************. I called the warranty company again and the person who answered wanted to know why I was checking the address of the business. He put a female on the call and she could not get her information together regarding the company's address, how to verify the company's "A" rating on the BBB website, etc. Rudely, she inquired as to why I was trying to verify the business' address. I called the cell phone again and it was forwarded to voice-mail. I demanded my money and she said in a few days it should be refunded. This company is not what they have portrayed themselves to be! I want ALL of my money back! The email address is even questionable.

      Over the past 5 or so months I have been receiving non-stop calls, texts, and junk mail from CoverageX. They keep contacting me about a car I have never owned or even driven, let alone inquired about. I have never had coverage or even requested a quote from this company, so Im unsure how they have my information. The texts and calls always come from different numbers, and the letters never have a valid return address. The contact information on the letter is also different from the numbers that have been contacting me. Since I have started being contacted by this company, I have also noticed an influx of spam calls, texts, and emailswhich I do not see as a coincidence. I want them to confirm they will terminate ALL future communications to me.

      This company has called me no less than 10 times in the past week. I have also received a great deal of mail from them regarding a vehicle I have purchased second-hand. The man I spoke to on the phone was remarkably demeaning stating that I do not understand that the warranty I purchased through my dealership was probably useless and that I must not want to take care of my vehicle. When I said that I know what coverage I have and that I am happy with that, he shut me down entirely. Very disappointed with this company and how they treated me. They also somehow got my last name wrong on all the mail that I received, and if they know I purchased a specific vehicle with the **** shouldn't they know what color it is?

      I have been getting harassed by this company non stop. They keep calling me with robo calls. I'm on the do not call list and have told them to stop calling me. I'm sick of it. They have water my time and harassed me and my family for weeks. I want to be compensated for the harrassment.

      01/21/25 my car needs to be repaired but coverage x tells me that they need service proof, I had valvoline email service proof of 12 months,which manager told me he sent it but cov.x claims they did not receive it ,I need assistance from bbb to get this issue solved,

      This company has called me many times over the last week. They claim that they are just doing a "courtesy call" due to no response to mailings before closing the account. I have told them to go ahead and close it. I do not recall ever asking for information or quotes from them. I have asked them to discontinue calling me every time I have answered their calls. As of today(11/25/2024), this has happened five times in the last week.

      I keep receiving phone calls from Individuals who claim to be from this Company....They call me different names when they call my cell phone in greeting me, but have my cell phone number and always claim to be calling about a ************************************** this AM a woman by the name of ****** called and spelled out Coverex's name and provided the 800 phone # to this business. I asked her as to why I kept receiving calls when I had repeatedly asked that my phone number be removed..she asked if I wanted to speak to a supervisor, then all I got was empty space so assume they were just trying to avoid me. I have no way to document this but am registering a complaint.

      I set up a car warranty with CoverageX LLC on May 31, 2024 and paid $120. I signed on with another car warranty ** on June 11, 2024 because they had better **verage and a little cheaper. I called CoverageX shortly after in June 2024 to cancel their service and stop any further deductions. CoverageX **ntinued taken payments on July 1, 2024 for $150 and on August 3, 2024 for $150. I have requested a refund for all payments taken of $420. I was told the only person who **uld do that was a **************************** who would have to call me back. When I did not hear from **************, I called him and he first wanted to keep me as a customer by lowering the premium. When I declined the lower premium he refused to refund me stating that he has no re**rd of me calling to cancel. I informed ************** that I would have no reason not to call because I cannot afford to pay for 2 warranties on the same vehicle. I informed him that I called in June and July as well as a few days ago on August 8, 2024. I have not had any claims and would like a **mplete refund of $420.

      08/09/2024, the date of your official cancellation with our representative ******.

      I do not show any attempt to contact us between the dates of 5/31/2024 and 08/08/2024.

      If you can produce a call record, which must include the date of your attempted call and the phone number in which you attempted to contact us with, I will happily refund the policy in full and backdate your effective cancellation date to that date, provided the attempt to contact us was completed within 30 days of initial purchase.

      Coverage X has been calling non stop about a coverage of my car but I don't have a car and I can't drive. I've been trying to ask them to take me off their list and stop calling. After hearing I can't drive, they always follow up on asking if any of my family members can drive. I really want them to stop calling.

      CoverageX does not conduct robocalls, which is the use of a pre-recorded message made outbound to you. We contacted you the old fashioned way with a human. Many may refer to any telemarketing call as a 'robocall', however there is a difference between the two.

      We have a submission for a request for information to save money on auto repairs, in which your information was provided on 04/29/2024 at 14:21:29 from an IP address 100.35.193.206. If that is not your IP address, then someone has submitted your information, either inadvertently or purposefully. I have faith that you can understand this attempt to contact you was not made with poor intentions or to disturb you -- we received an inquiry and attempted to contact in response.
