1 starI had someone about 8 years ago change my mailing address without my permission to another state. I never lived in that state ever. I took all the required steps for all the credit monitoring companies as well as creating and forwarding a police report. I have contacted Experian at least 3 times to get the address removed by filing a dispute. I looked at my Experian report and found the disputed address back on my report. I also tried to call and talk to a operator (complete waste of time).Experian Consumer Services

1 star1. I'm pretty sure that they have 2 accounts for me, and even though I have been attempting to get clarification on this ,not one customer ********************** representative has been willing to do anything more than transfer me for an hour or disconnected or both.2. I am consistently ignored, treated as though I am worthless or just don't have any intelligence. 3. Even in email correspondence given answers that are not pertinent to my questions or concerns regarding boosts, connectivity with my personal bank accounts, (message states the issue is on the side of experian) 4. ****, incapable of communication in English whether speaking or listening witch is important because it involves how my insured licensed business operates. 5. I have been polite despite the numerous issues and grievances that I feel are justified and need to be addressed like 3 months ago when I started to like I was not being properly represented. 6. Despite all this repeated offensive management of my financial situation challenge anyone who cares about the way this company is represented to find an instance of me being rude, abrasive, impolite fowl, unprofessional. You can't because I am not. 7. I received a letter from an organization that was responsible for my information leak and giving 2 years of premium service despite my documents and having all need confirmation codes still do not have what twice I have spent hours attempting to actually get the service and have a working clear and concise accurate analysis of my financial situation. 8. The app malfunctions constantly and has serious flaws in what it takes and uses in my regard and that is causing me to be robbed of the same equality in spending or borrowing or investing that I feel others may enjoy. Its not personal I don't matter. I'm so frustrated after the way I have been disregarded and financially damaged by this companies disconnected calls after an hour misrepresentation of my inquiries or condescending rude employee'sExperian Consumer Services

1 starCan never get into my account. Can not get in touch with someone who speaks good English. All you want to do is sell your products. You dropped my score by 20 points for no good reason. You ate playing with peoples lives because you can!!!! I closed my apple card because of fraudulent charges and this is what you do? You should be ashamed.Experian Consumer Services

Your FICO(R) Score is calculated based on the data in your credit report at the time you request your credit report and score. Every time you request a new score, a new credit report is pulled, and your new score is calculated based on the information in your credit report, up to once a day. Be aware, your credit report *** change often. Differences in your score *** be due to a change in balance on one or more of your credit cards, payment updates, or the addition of new accounts. Even the fact that your account(s) is one month older can affect your score. If there are inaccuracies on your credit report, these could also be affecting your score and should be disputed directly with the credit-reporting agency providing that information. In general, there are many factors that can affect an individuals credit score, such as payment history, current debt, available credit to debt ratio, etc. The actual scoring model and its calculations are proprietary to Fair ***** Corporation. Credit scores are usually calculated based on the combination of all the credit factors in your credit report. Your credit score is not based solely on one single item or behavior. So although you *** have done something that you think should have changed your score, the FICO(R) Score actually looks at how this information combines with other information in your credit report and how, if any, this changes your credit score. Your score *** go up, down, or remain constant depending on each factor as well as a unique combination of factors. The score analysis section that comes with your FICO(R) Score should help you understand what specific credit factors had a positive and negative affect on your FICO(R) Score.Review fromKiara G

1 starI wish i could give 0 stars. Im not even sure why Im being changed almost thirty dollars a month. But i dont want it! And dont recall signing up for this! I tried to cancel it online, but all they do is ask for a new card number to pay, with no way around that screen. So i try to email them to cancel this membership but theres no email. Just a website. No chat option or call back option either. How is that possible. So i carve out some time in my day to call and cancel this membership. And its impossible to speak with a human rep. I just kept going in circles. It was the worst self help system i have ever encountered. And i never got thru to anyone. And this is the company that i should trust with my credit?!? Disgusting.Experian Consumer Services

1 starLess than one. Telephone system is useless. There is no way to contact a human being if your questions don't fall under very limited and specific categories. No way to get through to verify and update my profile information. They just make up stuff and throw it on my credit report and refuse all efforts at correcting my information in a timely fashion. Why don't they verify my information BEFORE they permanently put stuff on my credit report? Someone somewhere makes a typo and suddenly that becomes part of my permanent credit history???I think Experian is the fraudulent entity in the credit monitoring ecosystem.Experian Consumer Services

1 starI was a subscriber to experian to get my credit together. It worked. My credit score rose up very rapidly. Then they started exposing my bank account dollar amount to of course get me better offers, but it also set me up to be robbed or much worse. I asked them to take it off and they didn't at first. Then I asked them again and I decided to stop my subscription and take my monthly bill payments off as well to close my account. Well ******************* office called me and it was intimation to me. So I did what was asked, which was give them a good review/survey. After I did that, my credit score continued to drop. The reason because I filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy. This company should NOT be allowed to do this to anyone. They are definitely a ************** especially towards African American. I have been turned away from anything I've applied for even my own bank because they also use Experian credit Agency. I will join in with whomever wants to bring a lawsuit against them. Thank you in advance.Experian Consumer Services
