I reviewed my Consumer Reports and noticed that I had late payments on two accounts that I was never late for. Consumer ****************** have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report Consumer information to the best of their ability with Maximum Accuracy. "In light of recent investigations brought upon Experian , I find that my consumer file is being irresponsibly tampered with. Over the past several months I have made several attempts to remind them of your duty pursuant 15 USC ****. It appears theyre intentionally and willfully being neglectful in remedying my affairs. 15 USC ****e(b) assures that I am due, promised accuracy in my report based on federal law. I am making this attempt as many other attempt to have these errors corrected on my consumer report. 15 USC ****(A.5) says that after the reinvestigations... all of the unverified information must promptly be DELETED IMMEDIATELY . We have mailed a current credit report directly to the consumer for review. If there is information appearing on a credit report that is believed to be inaccurate or incomplete, we must have a specific dispute. Examples of specific disputes are as follows:not mine, paid in full, never delinquent or included in bankruptcy or for public record disputes: not mine, paid/satisfied, vacated or filed in error. If the status dates, amounts,balances or other specific data is incorrect, the consumer should also indicate what the correct information should be. Please specify the item or account name and number.
Please provide the consumers specific disputes along with their complete identification information (Social Security number, full name, current address, previous addresses in the last two years and date of birth). Also, please include one copy of a government issued identification card, such as a driver's license, state ID card, etc., and one copy of a utility bill, bank or insurance statement, etc.
