  If I could leave ZERO stars I would!I booked a deep cleaning online, got a confirmation and reminder emails. No one ever showed! I was beyond bent out of shape - so unprofessional and hugely inconvenient.They have no phone number online, just 'concierge' whom I contacted. I ended up cancelling my account and requesting a refund. They'd already charged my card for services they never provided!These people are scam artists!

  Awful service, this company is a scam stay away. No one shows up to the appointments. **************** *****. They have bad reviews everywhere. What else will it take to shut this shady awful service down.

  This company, tidy.com, that appears to be a cleaning company left flyers all over my neighborhood in Orange County, CA. The flyers were left on doorsteps which then blew into the street and made a huge mess. Why would a cleaning company be so irresponsible? I would never use them based on this alone.

  This company is TERRIBLE. Two workers were scheduled to show up today. Both workers texted that they were at my house when in fact only one worker showed. There is no phone number that works for the Tidy.Com. When you call the phone number listed here for Tidy.Com, you get a sales pitch for a life alert type mechanism. The website sites they will respond within two hours. The worker who did show advised us that on approximately 50% of her jobs where another worker is to show, the other worker fails to show. Terrible customer service. All you can do is message their "concierge" and then wait to see if they respond. Their message says they will respond within two hours.

  I recently had a solicitor on my property who threw a Tidy advertisement card from my driveway to the door and kept walking. This company is just paying people to liter on other people's property. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone at Tidy if you are not already a customer, their website has no contact information and they gatekeep customer service behind a login portal. There is no social media presence to inform them that they have people doing this. I can tell you a good way to NOT get me to use your service is to just throw your adverts all over my property.

  I booked a cleaner to get our house ready for guests. I received notices that the cleaner had confirmed my appointment, and that the cleaner was on the way. AT the last minute, I received a notice that the cleaner wasn't coming as I had "cancelled the appointment." I did no such thing. Either the cleaner choose to not come at the last minute, or the company has some form of a programming glitch. Either way, I'm left taking time off my work to clean my own house due to a completely unreliable service.

  ZERO stars. I spent over $300 for 2 people to complete a detailed cleaning IN MY 800sq ft home. My floors are filthy, countertops sticky. It was the worst and most expensive cleaning job that Ive ever had done. One cleaner. was an hour late. I wasnt home, so I have no idea how long they stayed, but this was NOT a detailed cleaning.

  I set up an appointment on Tidy.com for a 1 hour cleaning for my 94 year old mother's home. 4 days before her cleaning appointment, we had to cancel since she was having health problems. I tried to call their number but it's not a working number so I just cancelled on the website and removed all of her information. Last week I was looking over all her bills and her credit card statement showed a charge of $65 for Tidy Cleaning. No cleaning was ever done. That is fraud. I found a text number and tried texting them 3 times, with no response. I found their email address on this BBB website and emailed them. No response. I called her credit card company and they are checking into this charge and blocking further charges. After reading all the reviews here, this company should not be in business and allowed to scam anyone else.

  My rude cleaner talked on his phone the entire time, complained loudly to his caller about the job, and then stole from me. I do not recommend!!
