    I haven't used this service for two years. The this week, I started getting emails that my credit card failed and to update it - but I haven't purchased any services. Their website looks like it is AI generated and there isn't a phone number. So I think the website got hijacked, they got a hold of the user information and credit cards, and they are charging people's credit card on file. Be care and check you accounts for unauthorized charges from tidy.com.

    I had an extremely frustrating and unproffesional experience with Tidy Cleaning Services one cleaner repeatedly canceled on me even after being told she was blocked. Both times she cited a family emergency as the reason for the cancellation. While I can understand emergencies happen, the recurrence and handling of the situation was highly unprofessional. The customer service team was slow and unresponsive, they were careless There was no attempt from their side to offer a reliable solution or compensation for the inconvenience caused.Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using Tidy Cleaning Services. Their lack of professionalism and reliability was not only irritating but also disrespectful. If youre looking for a dependable cleaning service, I recommend looking elsewhere. Given their persistent unreliability and poor customer service, it's clear that ********************** Cleaning Services should cease operations immediately.

    I'm a independent contractor and I was promised pay with in 3 business day. Also if I followed procedures pay would be excelarated. I was threatened with fines if I refuse to keep pre-book appointments from job that I was not paid for. This seems to be a common practice for this company it's unethical scaming for free labor

    Tidy steals from the cleaners and don't pay them and allow the customer service agent to provide abuse you have an tidy employee who is abusing there power on this platform .. they are abusing me Financialy and making up false accusations to future abuse on this platform .. they have stole my money and deactived my account .. they refuse to make it right .. I'm asking for a supervisor before I seek legal action -Financial abuse is a form of domestic abuse and is a way of having power over you. It involves someone else controlling your spending or access to cash, assets and finances. This can leave you feeling isolated, lacking in confidence and trapped.this is against the law .. I will do everything I need to report this situation if it's not fixed

    The cleaning woman was supposed to come 8am. She texted 8:05 that she couldnt come and would have to arrive 10:30 instead. I was annoyed but said fine. Then at 10:37 I texted her to ask where she was, and she said she had car issues which sounded like bs to me.My entire days plans were ruined and I will NEVER use this service again. Ill also tell all my friends to steer clear. Absolutely unacceptable way to treat clients. Scam.

    HORRIBLE! Do NOT use! We prepaid for a one hour cleaning to happen from 3:30-4:30 PM in preparation for our daughters graduation party with a start time of 5:30 PM that same day. At 3:15, they texted to say they were going to be an hour late and blamed traffic, sending a screenshot of the traffic pattern (which showed very little red, mostly blue) with a time stamp of 3:15, but indicating they were coming from ****** and headed to us in *********on a Friday afternoon! I told them to please just get there as soon as they could and that we could work around them as the party got underway, but at 4:30 PM, they texted to say they couldnt get to me until 6:00 PM, so I told them not to come, since we already had a full house and had cleaned much of the kitchen and bath ourselves. Now the company has credited me the $65 we prepaid since the pro claimed that I canceled my cleaning. I lament not having checked reviews before hiring them!!One more cautionary tale: they claim if you prepay, you will get 10% off. This is a lie. They advertised 1-hr cleaning as $65, and even though I prepaid, they still charged me $65.Buyer BEWARE!

    Invested in a cleaner who I trusted to come into my home. When I returned to my apartment, not a single thing had been cleaned. No idea what they were doing in my apartment the entire time. Impossible to get a refund. I wish I had checked this website before hiring. Absolutely impossible to get someone with customer service to issue a refund.

    STAY AWAY! Please do not book Tidy if you do not want to (1) risk having items in your home damaged or (2) have a person in your home that is basically NOT vetted in anyway and for which you will have no protection whatsoever. I thought Tidy provided a true service: competent, qualified, vetted housekeepers whose work they warrant and guarantee. I was woefully mistaken. Tidy qualifies these individuals as independent contractors so that when they fail to do the job right, or worse, ruin items in your home, as they did with me, your only recourse is to dispute it directly with the housekeeper and even then, you are made whole by receiving a cleaning credit. Why would someone want a cleaning credit with an organization that fails to provide competent cleaners? I booked Tidy because I havent had time to find a new housekeeper. I shouldve been patient and continued to interview true, competent, housekeepers. Trust me. No matter how short you are on time, DONT DO ITDONT BOOK TIDY. They are AWFUL! I would give 0 stars if I could!

    Worst service. I had three short term rentals. They charged me for 20! They never paid my cleaners. They refunded charges but they charged in *** and refunded in CAD and o lost a tonne of money in the exchange. They were a nightmare and the service didnt work.

    Every promise on this company's website is a lie. They do not do background checks. They do not hire individuals who speak even a little english. The cleaners are held responsible for nothing (and the company takes responsibility for nothing/blames the cleaner). The cleaner I hired showed up 25 minutes late and only stayed for 20 minutes. She cleaned the stove and left. I know this because I left the house for only 20 minutes and returned to find her backing out of my driveway. I was so shocked I just watched her leave leave in disbelief. This company is fraudulent and if it isn't already embroiled in lawsuits, it will be soon.
