  I haven't used this service for two years. The this week, I started getting emails that my credit card failed and to update it - but I haven't purchased any services. Their website looks like it is AI generated and there isn't a phone number. So I think the website got hijacked, they got a hold of the user information and credit cards, and they are charging people's credit card on file. Be care and check you accounts for unauthorized charges from tidy.com.

  I'm a independent contractor and I was promised pay with in 3 business day. Also if I followed procedures pay would be excelarated. I was threatened with fines if I refuse to keep pre-book appointments from job that I was not paid for. This seems to be a common practice for this company it's unethical scaming for free labor

  Tidy steals from the cleaners and don't pay them and allow the customer service agent to provide abuse you have an tidy employee who is abusing there power on this platform .. they are abusing me Financialy and making up false accusations to future abuse on this platform .. they have stole my money and deactived my account .. they refuse to make it right .. I'm asking for a supervisor before I seek legal action -Financial abuse is a form of domestic abuse and is a way of having power over you. It involves someone else controlling your spending or access to cash, assets and finances. This can leave you feeling isolated, lacking in confidence and trapped.this is against the law .. I will do everything I need to report this situation if it's not fixed

  The cleaning woman was supposed to come 8am. She texted 8:05 that she couldnt come and would have to arrive 10:30 instead. I was annoyed but said fine. Then at 10:37 I texted her to ask where she was, and she said she had car issues which sounded like bs to me.My entire days plans were ruined and I will NEVER use this service again. Ill also tell all my friends to steer clear. Absolutely unacceptable way to treat clients. Scam.

  STAY AWAY! Please do not book Tidy if you do not want to (1) risk having items in your home damaged or (2) have a person in your home that is basically NOT vetted in anyway and for which you will have no protection whatsoever. I thought Tidy provided a true service: competent, qualified, vetted housekeepers whose work they warrant and guarantee. I was woefully mistaken. Tidy qualifies these individuals as independent contractors so that when they fail to do the job right, or worse, ruin items in your home, as they did with me, your only recourse is to dispute it directly with the housekeeper and even then, you are made whole by receiving a cleaning credit. Why would someone want a cleaning credit with an organization that fails to provide competent cleaners? I booked Tidy because I havent had time to find a new housekeeper. I shouldve been patient and continued to interview true, competent, housekeepers. Trust me. No matter how short you are on time, DONT DO ITDONT BOOK TIDY. They are AWFUL! I would give 0 stars if I could!

  Once I edited my rates to higher pay my job decreased to almost none . They charge cleaners who pay for their own cleaning supplies , and take away money they are scheduled to pay them for fees like cancellation fees up to 30 dollars each but when they cancel on you they give you 10 dollars .

  They dont actually do background checks on anyone. My cleaner / thief had 5 different profiles with different names and identities. He stole all my family heirlooms and has left me with debilitating anxiety. Tidy does nothing to help, theyre simply a vessel in helping criminals steal from people.

  I believe this may be a ************* I scheduled a cleaning for 2 cleaners for 4 hours. I wanted big, yearly cleaning. They were to arrive at 9:30. At 9:45 they inform me that they cannot come because of personal issues they were having. I told them fine, give me a refund. A few minutes later they contact me saying they can send one person. I said fine, but be sure to give me a refund since it is one person. The cleaner arrives and didn't even do basic cleaning. Did not clean my shower, vacuum, skipped furniture and didn't dust, didn't clean the microwave - all the basics. My To Do list never got touched like cleaning blinds, baseboards, window ***** which is why I wanted 2 people for 4 hours. The cleaner left after 3 hours. I have repeatedly told them to give me a refund. They gave me $35 towards another cleaning. I originally paid $373. They owe me over half of what I paid. I will never allow them in my home again. And it's impossible to get a hold of them. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well.

  Nothing seemed to be lifted up and cleaned underneath. It doesnt even smell clean. And the pillows from the couch were left thrown on the floor. I started to clean what was missed, and started having ******* ***** contractions and pain. So I absolutely had to stop cleaning. said he had to leave and that was it. He came to me and said I have 20 mins left, you want me to clean the kitchen or the living room? Thats not enough time for either!! At this point I just wanted him out of the house. I told him to do the kitchen floor at least. I dont know what he did, he came to me said it was done and left. It wasnt. I was still charged the Full amount. And told by Tidy.com to take it up with him. Which is not safe for the customer. This person knows where I live, I dont know anything about them and Im expected to reach out and argue for them to give me my money back. I barely said anything in the moment specifically because Im nine months pregnant and did not feel comfortable complaining to some young man I just met. and Im not open to whatever else may happen if he does not like what I have to say. Especially since Tidy.com does not take ownership and responsibility for their employees work. I had to call another cleaning service and have the job done properly. I have a new baby coming soon and this was very important to my preparation. It ended up being a huge inconvenience and disappointment and costing me more money. A full refund would be the only thing I can see acceptable to rectify. I cant get the time back and I still have to get the house cleaned and I do not want to take my chances with Tidy again.
